COST SAVING BY USE OF EXCHANGE SETS
For similar dimensions and shapes of the pressed articles instead of complete pressing dies exchange sets can be used.

WELL-PROVEN FOR DECADES: COMPOSITION AND MODE OF OPERATION
Well-arranged composition, few parts of wear and tear, simple functioning and adjustment possibilities.
Pressing granulate lines up at the filling slide. Filling slide opens.
Pressing granulate is fed into the die by means of pressured air.
2 3 Filling slide closes. Pressing granulate is isostatically pressed.
Optional: Article demoulding device for especially steep-walled articles.
Optional: „near net shape“ – dies with lowest pressing bur.
Optional: Development and delivery of isostatic pressing dies with alternative filling systems, e.g. vacuum filling system.
