Les raccords ISO KF, K et CF sont spécialement conçus pour une utilisation sous dépression. Facilement démontables, le raccordement consiste en un joint torique porté par un anneau de centrage intérieur entre deux brides “asexuées”. L’étanchéité résulte de la compression du joint torique lorsqu’une pression est appliquée par le collier à papillon sur les brides.

ISO KF, K et CF fittings are designed for vacuum applications. An easy disassembling solution composed of a sealing ring held by the inner centering ring placed between two “sexless” flanges. The tightness result from the compression of the sealing ring is applied by the collar on the flanges.

Les différents standards existants / The different vacuum standards

Les circuits de vide sont utilisés dans de nombreuses industries avec des standards différents en fonction des diamètres et des niveaux de dépression nécessaires. Il existe trois principaux standards dans les raccords pour le vide qui forment deux familles.

Vacuum process has a large field of applications through several standards. The standard selection depends on the diameters and the vacuum level. There are three main standards of vacuum fittings divided into two main ranges.

- ISO KF jusqu’au DN50 : raccordement par ferrule pour vide grossier à vide secondaire jusqu’à 10-7 Torr.- Up to ND50 : Ferrule connections from rough vacuum to high vacuum up to 10-7 Torr.

- ISO K à partir du DN63 : Raccordement à bride pour vide grossier à vide secondaire jusqu’à 10-7 Torr.- From ND63 : Flanged end connections from rough vacuum to high vacuum up to 10-7 Torr.
