To Whom It May Concern:

It has come to our attention that you have recently obtained military parts and equipment that was on loan to the Republic of Iraq for only a short duration of time but that they failed to return in a timely manner.

The Government of Iraq thought that this would be treated like a library book of course and simply pay a fine however since your organization obtained this equipment, I must humbly ask that you return this and no overdue fees will be charged.

Currently we show that the following equipment is in your possession:

29 M1 Abrams Tanks174 MRAPS or Armored Humvees17 M198 155mm Howitzers279 FIM-92 Stinger Anti-Aircraft Missiles6 UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopters

This list, of course, does not include various other equipment and arms your organization might have obtained. Sadly, I am embarrassed that I can not itemize this list at this time as a bureaucratic mistake at the Department of Defense has prevented this information from being provided to me at the time of this letter.

However, since we are all Muslims at heart, I must sincerely insist and request that you return the material listed above and any other United States issued equipment to either theIraqi or Turkish government at your earliest convenience as we have actually mis-allocated this to Iraq and in fact the equipment you have confiscated was due to be shipped to governments in Washington, DC, Baltimore, MD, and Ferguson, MO.

The M1 Abrams are urgently needed in Missouri so please expedite my request as one Muslim to another.
