Placing an order:At any of our locations you can fax, or call orders in ahead of time, for will call or shipping orders . Online ordering is available . Call your sales team to be set up, if you’d like this option . Irrigation store locations are also set up for your convenience so you can shop yourself if you prefer or place orders at the counter for us to assist you . The main warehouse in Brooklyn Center is a shipping location . Orders placed here for will call need to be an “order ahead of time” order. A two-hour lead time is needed for will call orders, or longer for larger orders . A $5 .00 processing fee will be charged to accommodate the priority given to a walk-in will call order, not ahead of time, placed at the counter in Brooklyn Center .
Payment:Cash, check, Visa, Master Card and Discover are all acceptable forms of payment at the time of order or purchase unless otherwise noted on the account .
Returned checks:All returned checks will have a $30 .00 service fee .
charge accounts:Customers completing a credit application, providing satisfactory financing information, bank and trade references may be granted an open account . When the applicant is an individual and not a corporation, “Consent to Access a Consumer Credit Report” is also required to be evaluated for an open account. Payment terms are Net 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise noted . A 1 .5% service charge per month (18% annually) will be billed on all account balances that are past due . All services charges must be paid to remain on an open account . Delinquent accounts will be placed on hold until the account balance is current and may be changed to C .O .D . status . For credit to be reinstated a new credit evaluation may be required .
Warranty:All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty . Products will be replaced, repaired or credited at the manufacturer’s discretion .
Return Policy:All returns must be in current, new and resalable condition in original packaging and proof of purchase is required . Special ordered items, custom built items, and electrical items are not returnable . Freight charges must be prepaid . Returns are accepted up to 30 days from invoice date without a restocking fee . Items returned after 30 days will have a 25% restocking charge . No returns allowed after 60 days from invoice date . All returns must have an RGA (returned goods authorization) number . To obtain your RGA, please contact an irrigation representative .

shortages or Damaged Products:MTI will not accept liability for shortages or damaged products on orders after the goods have been signed for . In an effort to avoid shipping errors, MTI will try to package individual items in separate cartons . All products should be inspected upon delivery and any discrepancy or damages need to be noted on the invoice and carrier’s freight bill, if delivered . Notifying us immediately will result in prompt resolution .
shipping and Deliveries:Orders over $750 .00 without pipe will be shipped out the same day prepaid freight, if it can be shipped by UPS or Spee-Dee Delivery Service, Inc ., and the order is in by 3:30 p .m .
Metro area deliveries for:Berkeley, Missouri • Bettendorf, Iowa • Grimes, Iowa • Minneapolis, Minnesota
Orders for delivery in the metro area that do not go UPS or Spee-Dee Delivery Service, Inc ., or are over $750 .00 with poly pipe (no PVC pipe*) will be scheduled for a delivery .
Shipments outside the metro area over $1,500 .00 with/without poly pipe (no PVC pipe*) will be shipped prepaid freight by MTI or carrier on a scheduled delivery basis .
* PVC pipe may not qualify as a part of a prepaid order . Orders with PVC pipe need to be called in for a freightquote . All orders with PVC pipe that will qualify for prepaid freight will be determined on an individual basis .

Or we can do a specific training seminar for a particular company that is individualized for them . We may bring in outside speakers or they may be taught by MTI personnel .
