To confirm the date of your function we require a deposit of Room rental. The deposit will be deducted from your final billing. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.

Banquet Room (100-280ppl): $ 1200 weekday, $1500 weekend Dining Room (40-100): $500 weekday, $800 weekend (Simulator room) Small back room: $200.00 *Plus applicable taxes Room rental includes: white tablecloths, cake table and table for pictures. It also includes the on premise microphone, screen, podium, mirrored tiles forthe center of tables, tea lights and tea light holders and vases. Outdoor Ceremony fees - $975.00. Chairs extra - $5.00 per chair Linen napkins can be provided at a cost of .75 cents each. Linene Inlays can be provided at a cost of $15 and up. Chair covers $5 plus tax

Billing

Clubhouse

Guests are not allowed to walk the golf course. The club will take all necessarycare, however, we cannot assume responsibility for loss or damage to goods left in the club prior to, during and after a function.

Please note that all applicable taxes and 15% gratuitiy will be added to allof our function invoices. Payment is expected to be made on the date of the function unless other arrangements have been made in advance. A room cleaning fee of $150 will apply to all functions. Use of confetti, small sparkles or rice is strictly forbidden. An extra cleaning charge of $100 will apply fo functions that use these items.

Decorations

You can bring in your own decorations and make your event unique to you andyour family. Alternately, Irish Hills can provide vases, tea lights and candles, that make the room look warm and inviting.

Beverage & Bar

Drinks and cocktails for your function may be purchases in either a cash or ahost basis. No beverage of any kind will be permitted to be brought into the club and no liquor service will be permitted after 1 am.

Menu SelectionThe catering department should be advised of your menu selection two weeks prior to your function date. We require 72 hours notice prior to the function, the final number of guests. The menu is a sampline of the possibilities available. Ourcatering manager will be happy to assist you with any special dietary requirements. Children's meals (under 12 years) are available upon request. Menu prices included in this package are for 2019. Menu prices are current and if there is a price change, you will be notified. All meals are accompanied by a

to perfection and topped with our Chef’s Sundried Tomato, Mushroom and Shallot

Sauce. Price: $35.95 per person

Chicken Kiev

A 6oz chicken breast stuffed with a garlic herbed butter, breaded and topped with a veloute sauce. Price: $45.95 per person

Stuffed Chicken

Boneless breast of chicken stuffed with goat cheese and thyme.

Tenderly wrapped with a delicious strip of bacon to make any dish taste wonderful for

your event.

Price: $38.00 per person

Chicken Supreme Boneless breast of chicken grilled and topped with a

white supreme sauce. Price: $30.00 per person

Roast Turkey

Sliced Breast meat and dark meat placed on our savoury dressing and topped with veloute sauce.

Price: $35.95 per person

Salmon della Casa Fresh 5oz. Salmon baked in a light lemon broth, and topped with your choice of honey, dill, Dijon mustard,

peppercorn sauce or a light lemon, beurre blanc sauce. Price: $52.95 per person

Roasted Chicken

Rosemary infused quarter chicken served with tangy or cream sauce.
