Who are we?A company founded in 2015 to provide thermal imaging services to the electrical, mechanical & building service industriesA small team of dedicated thermographic engineers qualified to ITC level 1 as minimum25 years of experience in electrical engineering, 13 years of experience in thermographyStaff have previously provided thermal imaging services to retail, health, logistics and FMCG sectors
What do we do?Carry out thermal imaging surveys of your electrical assets
Switchgear
Transformers
Distribution Boards
Control Panels
Motors
What do we do?Carry out thermal imaging surveys of your mechanical assetsConveyor Belts
Bearings
Motors
Pulleys
Compressors
Generators
How does it work? The higher an objects temperature the more infrared radiation it emitsOur thermal imaging cameras can detect this infrared radiation and see the heat otherwise invisible to the naked eye We can then measure the relative temperature of the objectWe then produce a report from the camera images highlighting potential temperature anomolies
SIMPLE!
So why do YOU need it?Increased temperature is almost always associated with the impending failure of equipment whether electrical or mechanical
A loose Electrical Connection
A worn motor bearing
A misaligned pulley beltWould you have recognised these problems before failure?
What are the benefits? In todays fast paced commercial and industrial environments we appreciate that time is money. Unexpected equipment failures can have the following impacts on your businessLost Production in manufacturing environmentsUnplanned allocation of maintenance staffLoss of stockLoss of labour time due to power outagesIncreased labour spend due to overtime
The list goes on!
By utilising our experienced staff and state of the art equipment we WILL save you time and money!Non- Intrusive procedure, no shutdowns requiredTakes a PROACTIVE rather than REACTIVE approach to site maintenanceMaintenance tasks can be better planned and managedPotential power outages and non-productive time can be reduced Maintenance staff can be more efficiently deployedUnplanned overtime can be avoided
