2 Trigold Prospector V10.2 Release

2.1 Disclosure Amendments

The following enhancements have been made to the disclosure which are applicable to white labelled versions of the software: -

New config setting to allow networks to supply default text for disclosure, and still provide ability for users to edit the text if they wish to (Edit can be switched on or off)

New config setting to provide ability to hide the Execution Only option within the Disclosure set up screen

Users therefore cannot select the option so it will not display within the disclosure screen

And the default will be ‘advice and make a recommendation’

2.1 Blacks Affinity Integration

Trigold Prospector 10.2 sees a new integraton between Trigold Prospector and Blacks Affinity. Blacks Affinity is a trading name of Blacks Solicitors LLP, a major firm of solicitors.

Blacks Affinity assists mortgage brokers and IFAs to deliver a legal service which supports day-to-day business needs. Its main areas of expertise are mortgage conveyancing and Wills.

The integration added to Trigold Prospector provides conveyancing functionality, allowing you to obtain quotes for your clients quickly and easily.

An indicative quote panel has been added to the Source/Quote screen:-

Once you have entered a purchase price an indicative conveyancing quote from Black will be displayed within the panel

The indicative quote assumes tenure of Freehold unless otherwise entered within the Property tab.

Should you wish to proceed with the quote then click the Add you £ee button within the panel.

A pop up will appear for you to add your broker fee to the quote – up to the value of £300.

Once a value is entered and the Yes button is clicked, the following message will appear.

Clicking Yes will open the quote in a preview screen

An email is also sent to you from Blacks Affinity with a copy of the quote.

A copy of the quote is also saved against your client, under Documents > Conveyancing (or Documents > Other, if the Conveyancing tab is not displayed in your implementation of Prospector)”

To instruct Blacks open up the quote and click the Instruct option at the bottom

2.2 Hodge Lifetime - Sourcing Results Advert

Hodge Lifetime advert has been added to the sourcing results screen

The advert will only display if the age of applicant 1 or applicant 2 is over the age of 55

2.3 Leeds Building Society – Rental cover wording

For Leeds Building Society, the following highlighted wording was incorrect due to Leeds calculating rental income at 125% at 5.99% rather than monthly payment
