Conference Bridge
The conference bridge of S-Series PBX enables
voice conferencing of up to 10 participants in one
or more conference rooms. User access PIN code
can be used for security purpose and conference
admin wi l l have the r ights to cont ro l the
conference.
Call detail records (CDR)
It is able to track and report call details, e.g. call
time, call recipient, length of call etc, for all
incoming and outgoing calls per extension.
Moreover, you may export the data as file for
further analysis or report purpose.
Call recording
Auto call recording is a great way to keep tabs on
your business operations, reduce legal risks to
your company and potentially meet industry
compliance criteria. This powerful feature allows
the system to record all calls made from and to the
extensions of the PBX. The recordings could be
stored on an external USB storage or internal hard
disk, and can be searched and managed easily by
web UI at any time.
Microsoft Lync/OCS Integration
After integrated with Lync Server/OCS, S-Series
PBX a re ab le to conduc t mutua l i n te rna l
communication with Lync clients. Lync Server's
users will have access to the routes of S-Series PBX,
which makes S-Series PBX work as a PSTN or SIP
gateway.
Intra-office connection
With S-Series PBX, employees in multiple offices
can call each other by direct extension calling. You
may also do call transfer and call forward between
offices to eliminate any communication boundary.
Most important, all your voice traffic is routed
through Internet or existing corporate data
network, thus huge long distance cost can be
saved.
Auto attendant with IVR
Auto Attendant (AA) allows companies to save
money and eliminates manual receptionist tasks.
Auto-attendant supports dial by name, scheduled
greeting and transferring incoming calls to
different extensions. S-Series PBX also features an
Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, enabling
the user to segment the organization by building
an IVR tree and record separate messages for each
department. Incoming calls are routed to the IVR
and callers can navigate through the different
options in the tree.
Direct inward dialing (DID)
For T1/E1 digital trunk, DID service enable S-Series
PBX to route the call directly to the desired
extension within the organization based on dialed
destination number. Therefore, each extension can
be reached by its own direct line number without
the need for an operator or attendant.
Voicemail
S-Series PBX provides complete voicemail system
which allows users to receive, answer and manage
their phone messages from any phone, either
internal or external. Voicemail to email function
will forward voicemail as attachment to your email
address if you are not at office.

Billing System
Billing system caters for the billing solution needs
of S-Series PBX. Flexible rate settings and detailed
records make it extremely easy for enterprise to
monitor charges, spot misuse, and enhance
efficiency.
Hotel Module
Hotel module empowers S-Series PBX users to
intuitively manage the booking and check-in and
check-out of customers, check status of each room,
offer mini-bar service and run personalized billing
reports, and more daily operational tasks in hotels
and other hospitality environments.
S-Series PBX Client
S-Series PBX client is a windows application
coordinated with S-Series PBX that connects your
PC and IP Phone to perform call handling and
messaging operations.
Music on hold (MOH)
You can easily upload any favorite music, MP3 or
WAV files, and decide which one to be played when
a call is put on hold.
Redundancy
Two S-Series PBX could be optimized for use as a
failover system which could provide rapid failover
in the event of system failure. Once the active
server failure is detected, all the telephony would
be switched to the standby server automatically.
Thus the downtime was kept to an absolute
minimum to ensure the normal operation of all the
functions for users.
Tele-workers support
S-Series PBX provides the ability to make calls from
your mobile phone or laptop by connecting the
user to the phone system. Take advantage of your
mobile data plans and save on the cost of your
mobile calls by leveraging the PBX features.
Call Restrictions
You can restrict calls to specific destinations per
