All single sala courts with which cases for violation of Intellectual Property Rights are or may be filed shall take cognizance of them as if they have been designated as special courts, and for that matter, shall give them priority in their trial calendars.The trial of cases for violation of Intellectual Property Rights covered by this Administrative Order shall be immediately commenced and shall continue from day to day to be terminated as far as practicable within sixty (60) days from initial trial. J udgment thereon shall be rendered within thirty (30) days from date of submission for decision. All cases referred to herein where trial has already started shall remain in the branches where they are presently assigned. However, cases where pre-trial has not yet commenced shall be transferred immediately to the branches herein designated. The Executive J udges of the Special Courts herein designated may exclude such courts from the raffle of new cases whenever in their judgment the caseloads of said Courts so designated shall not allow them to try these special cases with efficiency and dispatch. This Order shall take effect immediately and shall continue in effect until further orders from this Court. 2 October 1995.
