1. Registering for iOCBC OneTouch Service
Step 1: Launch iOCBC OneTouch service by tapping on the icon.
Notes:
1) iOCBC OneTouch service is only available for:
iOS Android
Device iPhone Samsung Others
Version 8 & above 4.2 & above 6.0 & above
For security reasons, iOCBC OneTouch will not be available on jailbroken or rooted devices.
2) You will need to add your fingerprint in your device before using the iOCBC OneTouch service.
a) Under iPhone Settings > “Touch ID & Passcode” > Fingerprint
b) Under Android Settings > “Lock screen and security” > Fingerprint

4. Getting Started
The Settings page allows you to customise various options to using iOCBC TradeMobile.
To navigate to Settings, tap on Settings > Settings.

5. Login to iOCBC TradeMobile
Use the same set of User ID and Password for the internet trading platform to access
iOCBC TradeMobile.
Enter your Username
and Password
Tap on LOGIN
Select between English or Chinese language prior to logging in.
You can also change your language
after logging in under Settings.

8. Watchlist
The Watchlist function allows you to monitor your favourite counters on the move.
You are also able to perform more functions by tapping on a counter from your Watchlist.
Note:
1) Changes made to the counter sequence through your mobile trading platform will not be
reflected in your internet trading platform.
Tap on the counter name to perform a Buy/Sell, or to remove counter from the Watchlist

The Watchlist Editor allows you to perform the following actions in a single Watchlist:
i) Add or remove multiple counters
ii) Re-arrange counter sequence
iii) Rename Watchlist
To add multiple counters:
Tap on icon and select Watchlist Editor
Select a Watchlist to edit
Enter either Stock Code or Stock Name
Select desired Counter if there are multiple results
Tap on icon
Save changes
Note:

10. Placing Orders Tapping on the stock name will allow you to select ‘Buy/Sell’ to launch the order ticket.
Details of the selected counter will be shown on the order ticket.
Select the correct account to trade in
Tap on Buy or Sell icon, and enter the Price and Quantity
Select Order Type
Amalgamation¹ is default as ‘Yes’
Select either Cash / CPF² / SRS3 as the Mode of Payment
Prices shown on order ticket are snapshot
Notes:
1) Amalgamation is the consolidation of several trades into one. It is only applicable for trades
placed for the same counter, on the same market day with the same action and payment mode.
E.g. buy with buy, sell with sell.
2) Please ensure that you have linked up your CPF Investment Account to your trading account in
order to submit any CPF trade.
3) Please ensure there are sufficient fund/shares in your SRS account. In the event that you wish
to change the payment mode, you must contact your trading representative immediately by
phone on the Trade Date.
4) Icon is only available for Android Phones. Trading limit on iPhones will be shown under
the Account drop down selection list.

11. Amend / Withdraw Order
You can amend/withdraw your order provided that the order is not filled. If the order is
partially filled, you can only make amendment/withdrawal on those unfilled quantity.
Please note that amendment is only for reduction of the quantity and you cannot amend
the other parameters like price and payment type.
To check the latest status of your order, please tap on the "Refresh" button.
a) If your amendment request is successful, your order status will be updated to ‘AC’
(i.e.: reduced order accepted).
b) If your withdrawal request is successful, your order status will be updated to ‘C’
(i.e.: cancelled order accepted).
To amend / withdraw your unfilled/partially filled order, tap ‘Trades’ and tap on to ‘Today’.
Ensure order reflects status after the amendment / withdrawal.
E.g. ‘C’, ‘AC’

12. Checking the Order Status To check the status of your order, select Trades and tap on to Today.
Check the ‘Status’ column for the order status, and ‘Done Qty’ column for executed
quantity.
Tap on Filter icon to filter by different criteria
Select Today to view current market day order. Select Past 6 Days to review orders for the
past 6 calendar days.

The historical data shown are for Intraday, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year

17. Change Password Your new password must contain alphabets and numbers. It must be within 8 to 15
characters and it is case sensitive (e.g. ABC123, abc123). The previous password can be
recycled only upon 3 password changed cycles.
Tap on ‘Account’ and select ‘Change Password’
The following result will appear upon successful password changed.
Note:
1) Changing of your password through your mobile trading platform will also impact your internet
trading platform, and vice versa. You will need to use the same set of User ID and Password
for both the internet and mobile trading platform.
