Since 1991 Kocher+Beck IOC dies have been produced to full blanket length for sheet fed inline finishing.The idea to exchange the printing blanket or the coating plate with flexible dies has been develo-ped and perfected to a functional, high end die cutting method by Kocher+Beck and participating printers.

IOC Inline Offset Cutting from Kocher+Beck ex-tends the capabilities of your press to a functional die-cutting machine. Printing and die-cutting in one pass saves money, reduces set up time, and increases your competitiveness.

We deliver perfectly configured components for every possible job.

IOC Dies for die-cutting, perforating or creasing mount directly to the offset press instead of the blanket or coating plate. The dies are provided ready for use and guaran-tee highest cutting quality.

DIE-CUTTING

Top quality to meet strin-gent requirements. IOC offers the ability to die cut self adhesive and single layer substrates of all kinds including paper, PP, PE, PVC and PET.

EMBOSSING/ TEXTURING

Economical industrial embossing and texture embossing for paper and cardboard are possible.

CREASING

Creasing latex for score/cut dies, and latex with integrated protection foil for creasing and embos-sing are available.

ACCESSORIES

Kocher + Beck offers a complete IOC System, with an extensive accessory package, which simp-lifies the application and optimizes the result.

PERFORATING

All cut-tie perf relation-ships are available, down to 0.2mm:0.2mm for micro perforations. Slit-perforation, with two cutting levels are possible.

PACKING-SET

A special re-usable packing set compensates for the cylinder undercut while creating a solid base for the die which insures an even cutting result.

OTHER PRODUCTS

Magnetic bases for flat bed die-cutters, such as OHZ, wind mills and others, compliment the IOC product line.

PROTECTION STEEL/PROTECTION FOIL

Self-adhesive protectionplates (steel) or foils (pet)are used to protect theimpression cylinder.Also available for perfec-tor presses (ink-repellent, extra strong glue).

FOAM RUBBER STRIPE

Supporting microcellular rubber 10 strips 3 mm x 700mm.
