La marque Imprim’Vert® est une marque collective simple déposée à l’INPI par AMIGRAF, es qualité pôle d’innovation de l’imprimerie (P2i) et inventée par les chambres de métiers de la région Centre.La présente charte a pour objet de préciser les conditions d’utilisation de la marque et des éléments graphiques qui y sont associés.
Utilisation de la marque.1. L’utilisation de la marque Imprim’Vert® est réservée aux entreprises qui, dans le respect du règlement d’usage de la marque, ont été validées par un comité d’attribution et ont acquitté leur contribution au droit d’usage. Conformément au règlement d’usage de la marque Imprim’Vert®, le P2i pourra radier de la liste des entreprises marquées, celles qui ne respectent pas ce règlement.
Les Logos2. Pour votre communication vous disposez de plusieurs logos dont la taille ne peut être modifiée que de façon homothétique :
Le logo « classique » en versions millésimé et non millésimé•
Ces logos ne peuvent être reproduits qu’en quadrichromie ou en niveaux de gris.
Le mini logo en 2 versions•
Ces logos sont proposés pour permettre une impression en petite taille afin de pouvoir être repris sur différents documents (cartes commerciales, travaux clients, etc…). Ils peuvent être reproduits en quadrichromie ou en pantone (réf 362) ou en toute autre couleur, en fonction des contraintes d’impression.
Argumentaire commercial3. Imprim’Vert® est une marque simple, il convient donc de ne pas utiliser le terme « label » qui lui fait référence à un marquage certifié.Dans l’argumentaire utilisé pour valoriser l’entreprise Imprim’Vert®, il est impératif de ne pas laisser croire autre chose que ce que le marquage signifie, à savoir respect des 3 critères du cahier des charges : gestion des déchets dangereux, sécurisation des liquides dangereux et non utilisation des produits toxiques. En aucun cas la marque Imprim’Vert® ne garantit la conformité réglementaire d’un site.
Manquement et litige4. Le manquement aux principes évoqués ci-dessus peut entraîner une sanction de la Direction Générale de la Concurrence, de la Consommation et de la Répression des Fraudes (D.G.C.C.R.F.) pour publicité mensongère ou usurpation et poursuite par les différents partenaires de l’opération.L’utilisation de la marque Imprim’Vert® n’engage que son utilisateur. Le P2i ne pourra être tenu responsable des conséquences découlant d’une utilisation de la marque hors du cadre défini ci-dessus.
