Invitation to Kickstart Workshop for violinstudents
August 12th- 13th 2017 It is a great pleasure to invite you to ”Kickstart Workshop” in Aarhus. The Workshop is for children learning the violin through the Suzuki™ Method. The workshop is organized in collaboration with Det midtjyske Strygersamarbejde and Aarhus Musikskole. There will be lessons between 10 and 17 on Saturday, and Sunday 9 to 15, ending with a concert at 15.30 The Schedule of the workshop and the concertprogram will be email to all participants in advance (around July 20th)

• Groupclasses (the number of classes depends on age and level) • Masterclass/ techniqueclass with Dan Dery for advanced violinstudents (book 6 ) • Lectures for parents

Location The workshop takes place at Aarhus Musikskole (Vester Allé 3, 8000 Aarhus C), and at Brobjerg Skolen (Frederiks Allé 20, 8000 Aarhus C). Accomodation On www.visitaarhus.dk you will find many different options. You have to organize it on your own. Food, Coffee/Tea and limonade You can order a sandwich. The price per sandwich is 50 kr. Use the application, which will give you the different options. No special orders. There will be free coffee/tea/limonade on the workshop. Last chance for ordering food is July 20th
Signing up You can sign up by using the link (preferred), alternatively fill in the form and attach it to an email, or write all the information in an email. Payment is to be made to following account in Jyske Bank; reg. nr. 6610 konto nr. 0002193270 Participants living outside Denmark can pay upon arrival to the workshop. Price The student have to be studentmember of their national association. Membership of the Danish Suzuki™ Association (DSF) is included in the workshop (students from other countries have to contact their own national association and can reduce the price of participation with 25 DKR)
• Price per participating student 400 DKR (300 DKR*) • Early bird discount by signing up before July 20th : 50 DKR per participant • Siblings discount (1. child pays full, the following can reduce the price by 50 DKR) • It is free for parents and observers
*The reduced price is for beginners (book 1, no. 0- 9)
• By cancelation before July 20th, the amount paid is returned except 100 DKR for administration.
• There will be no refund by cancelation after July 20th.
REMEMBER STUDENTS NAME AS REFERENCE IN THE PAYMENT. Photo and video When participating in the workshop, you automatically accept, that photos and videos will be taken. These will only be used for reviews and promotion of future workshops. There will be no economical gain from the photos taken.
