Objective of the meeting
Discuss the benefits and opportunities of adopting a global reporting standard Benchmark platform to compare how Policy Makers, Standard Setters and
Regulators work together towards the adoption of a global accounting standard.
Share common implementation experiences and challenges faced by Policy Makers, Standards Setters and Regulators in the Asia-Oceania region and how they were resolved.
Strengthen the commitment of Asia Oceania regions in adopting IFRS. Provide opportunities for increased dialogue and collaboration between
jurisdictions in the Asia Oceania region, which will serve to further strengthenthe influence of the region in the international arena.

Bali Island
Known as the island of God and located between Java and Lombok has made Bali asone of the most visiting place in the world.
People & Culture

Weather
Bali has a tropical monsoon climate. The sun shines throughout the year with thetemperature of 20 to 33 degrees Celsius or 68 to 93 degrees Fahrenheit. Rainy seasonstarts from October to March which brings heavy shower and high humidity.Meanwhile, the dry season occurs between May and September with June toSeptember is measured as the driest season. Hence dress is commonly informal inBali. For formal meeting, light-weight clothing is recommended and Batik shirts arealso acceptable.
