INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
The UP Open University (UPOU) through its Bids and Awards
Committee invites
interested security agencies to participate in the negotiation
for Provision of Security Services to UPOU Headquarters, Los Baos,
Laguna amounting to TWO MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND
PESOS (PHP 2,870,000.00) only, this being the
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC). Bids received in excess
of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected.
The project specifications and requirements may be requested
from the BAC
Secretariat, Supply and Property Management Office (SPMO), UPOU
Headquarters, Los
Baos, Laguna.
Interested parties should submit their eligibility and technical
documents and their
best and final offer on 11 June 2015, 11:00 AM, at the UPOU
Headquarters, Los Baos,
Laguna.
UPOU reserves the right to accept or reject any offer, to annul
the negotiation
process, and to reject all offers at any time prior to contract
award, without thereby
incurring any liability to the affected firms.
