Guy D. Byrd is the Managing Director and designated Broker for SVN Cornerstone in Spokane, Washington. He grew up in Spokane

area and graduated from Montana State University in 1985. Having lived his entire life in the Northwest he is ingrained into the

fabric of the Spokane Community and surrounding area. He began his Commercial Real Estate career in 1985 and continues to be

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Tony comes to SVN with a background in investment banking and more than ten years of experience in financial dataanalysis, modeling and forecasting.Prior to joining SVN he was employed with the boutique investment bank, Qatalyst Partners. Founded by the famedSilicon Valley deal maker, Frank Quattrone. Tony started at Qatalyst in their early years of operation and helped itbecome a major global player in the technology sector. During his time at Qatalyst, Tony assisted with M&A transactionssuch as the sale of National Semiconductor to Texas Instruments ($6.5 billion), sale of Autonomy to Hewlett-Packard($11.7 billion), and Google’s acquisition of Motorola Mobility ($12.5 billion).Tony graduated from Wartburg College in Iowa with degrees in Finance and Accounting. While at Wartburg he was amember of the wrestling team and helped them capture back-to-back NCAA national championships in 2003 and 2004.After a decade in the San Francisco Bay Area, Tony currently resides in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
