Oleksandr Yaroslavsky
Founder, owner and president of DCH Group. One of the most successful businessmen in
Ukraine. According to Forbes Ukraine, he is among the country’s top 10 richest people. His investment
only in Kharkiv region’s economy is over $1 bln.
General investor of Kharkiv preparation for Euro-2012, his personal investment in the tournament infrastructure
amounted to about $300 million. Ex-owner/president of Football Club Metalist in Kharkiv (2006-2012) and
sponsor/president of RC Olymp in Kharkiv (the most important rugby club in Ukraine).

Dnipro Metallurgical Plant (DMP)
Dnipro Metallurgical Plant (DMP) was founded in the late 19th century; today, it is one of the
leading producers of cast iron, steel and rolled metal products in Ukraine. The company's products
are exported to markets of almost 50 countries of the world. It became part of DCH Group in
2018.
DMP includes: blast furnace, oxygen-converter, rail and beam and two rolling departments. In 2017,
the plant smelted more than 1 million tons of steel.
DMP is the city’s economic mainstay employing more than 4,000 people.
Ukrainian Mining Company (UMC)
Ukrainian Mining Company (UMC) manages 5 open-cast mines (Sosnovsky, Pervomaysky,
Kolomoyevsky, Yantsevsky and Pekarshchynsky) and four deposits (Pervomaysky, Kodyma,
Shvayske, Domolochske, and Iskorostenske). Stone, gravel, and high quality granite items are
produced in the open-cast mines.
The general loading capacity of the quarries amounts to over 150 rail carriages per day.
UMC is one of the leaders in production of crushed granite in Ukraine. The area of mining allotments is
405.5 ha, the total volume of reserves production being 193.7 m3 of granite.
Sukha Balka Mine
Sukha Balka Mine is one of the leaders of the branch in Ukraine. It focuses on underground mining of
iron ore. The mine has been operating since the 19th century. It became part of DCH Group in 2017.
Sukha Balka Mine is made up of 2 shafts with underground crushing and above-ground crushing and
sorting complexes:
the Jubilee Shaft (with capacity of 2,430 thousand tons of sintering ore per year);
the Frunze Shaft (with capacity of 1,285 thousand tons of sintering ore per year).
The enterprise employs over 3,000 people.
Kharkiv Tractor Plant
Kharkiv Tractor Plant (XTZ) used to be and still is the only enterprise on the post-Soviet territory that
produces wheel and crawler tractors in conjunction. Over the years, the legendary plant has produced
more than 3 million tractors and other kinds of heavy machinery.
Kharkiv Tractor Plant production unites about 300 Ukrainian enterprises and companies.
After a forced down time, the work was resumed due to Oleksandr Yaroslavsky’s efforts in February
2017. Over 500 units of machinery have been produced for a short period of time (first six months).
Kharkiv Tractor Plant designs new models of tractors, increases the functionality level of these
vehicles, improves their interior and exterior, modernizes their major units.
Kharkiv International Airport
One of the largest airports in Ukraine. In the course of preparing Kharkiv for Euro-2012 a large-scale
reconstruction was carried out here. The reconstruction was undertaken as partnership of private
business and state ownership.
The whole of Oleksandr Yaroslavsky’s investment in the project (a passenger terminal of the two built
from scratch and a renovated old terminal as well as infrastructural facilities and the adjacent territory)
equals $107,2 mln. The state funding for the reconstruction (the airfield) is $191,3 mln.By the follow-up to 2016 data, ACI EUROPE (Airports Council International Europe) rated Kharkiv
International Airport as one of the most rapidly developing airports among those “with passenger
traffic of up to 5 mln. people per year” that demonstrated an increase in the number of passengers by
60.1% as compared with 2015.
VIP Terminal of Kharkiv International Airport
The current VIP Terminal is an architectural monument. During the restoration, the
atmosphere of the 1950-s and 1960-s was recreated in the building.
During Euro-2012 the object hosted participating teams as well as the UEFA family representatives.
The building is still used as a VIP terminal after Euro-2012.
In 2013, the VIP Terminal became the location of General Aviation Service which focuses on
providing services to business aviation. This unit offers customs and migration escort, aircraft ground
handling, services for crews (recreation areas and food services in the VIP Terminal, hotel
reservations, 24/7 services of a personal supervisor, etc.).
Premier Palace Hotel Kharkiv 5*
Premier Palace Hotel Kharkiv 5* is the first and only luxury+ hotel in Kharkiv. The hotel was
designed in the Constructivist style characteristic of the city and blends seamlessly with the ensemble of
its central square.
The project was carried out in less than 18 months within the framework of preparing Kharkiv for
Euro-2012 as a special location for the UEFA headquarters. The total investment in the project
amounted to $126 million.

Vozdvyzhenka
Vozdvyzhenka is an elite neighborhood in the historic center of Kyiv. It is situated between
Andriyivsky Descent and Verkhniy Val Street. It was built as a “city within a city” in accordance
with the architectural tendencies of the 19th – early 20th centuries.
The main architectural styles are baroque and Kyiv modernism with gothic variations. Artists and
businessmen are happy to live and work in the area, while leading Ukrainian and foreign companies
of various business dimensions arrange their offices here.
The construction works were finished in early 2014.
Karavan Megastore SEC Chain
Karavan Megastore is a chain of modern malls for shopping and entertainment located in Kyiv, Kharkiv
and Dnipro.
The total area of the chain comprises 240,000 sq.m.; the total rentable area is 177,000 sq.m.; the total
monthly traffic flow is more than 2,5 mln people.

INGO Ukraine Insurance Company
INGO Ukraine has been on the national market since 1994 and is one of the TOP-3 insurers of
Ukraine. The company became part of DCH Group in 2017.
The company holds 25 licences for various kinds of compulsory and optional insurance; it offers
insurance services to corporate and retail customers. The priority kinds of insurance are OMI, VMTPL,
CNC, property insurance, voluntary health insurance, travel insurance, foreign citizens insurance, etc.
INGO Ukraine is famous for having paid the biggest insurance indemnity in the history of Ukraine –
194 mln. UAH.
Olymp Rugby Club (Kharkiv)
The recent history of RC “Olymp” started in 2005 when Oleksandr Yaroslavsky took over the Club.
The following 12 years were really a golden age.
RC “Olymp” is the 12-time winner of the Ukrainian championship in rugby-15 and the 8-time
Ukrainian Cup champion in rugby-15
RC “Olymp” is the 8-time champion and the 5-time winner of the Ukrainian National Cup in
rugby-7.
RC “Olymp” is the basis of the Ukrainian national team. A women’s team was organized
some time ago; the children’s group is playing too.
