The Olympic Residence Project
Currently, we’re making rapid progress on the site of The Olympic
Residence and we’re very pleased with the high quality of our work and fine
management on the site. We completed the skeleton frame that includes a total of
sixteen floors of 35709.2 m2 on the site of The Olympic Residence. Under the
building, there are two floors of garage that is spacious for high quantity of
vehicles. On the top of the building, there is the seventeenth technical floor. As of
now, we have recently finished the room division with the brick plantation,

masonry mortar work, and planted slabs on the garage floor for lean and smooth
ground. In addition, we have completed the exterior heating system installation
along with the exterior water supply network installation. The project as a whole is
approximately two quarters behind program and this delay is largely due to late
arrival of façade materials which lead to being delayed due to winter of Mongolia.
In 2014, we are increasing our efficiency and progress to reimburse for delayed
schedule in order to stay on programmed schedule. The operations in the projects
that are being underway currently are stated below:

Lighting Protection rod wire installation
Waste plumbing pipe system installation
Finish uncompleted brick plantation
Exterior window grazing and installation
Façade foam insulation
The Nukht Village Project
Currently, we’re making rapid progress on the site of The Nukht Village and
we’re very pleased with the high quality of our work and fine management on the
site. The Nukht Village consists of 13103.14 m2 two to three floor buildings are
European design and finish that are divided into A and B blocks. Currently, the
façade and roofing operation have been completed with the highest quality of
materials. The project as a whole is behind schedule however the A block of the
project will soon be operational as it is approved by Building Commission
Association. Currently completed tasks are stated below:

Majority of the project is complete; the overall project is near completion.
However, there is much work to be done at B block of the project. We have
finished the installation of heating systems since we are not receiving any heat
from the city which allows us to fully operate on the interior tasks of the project.
Immediate ongoing work at this stage includes:
Interior electrical wires are being distributed to the units/apartments
General electrical wires are being planted from the power transformers to the
buildings
Interior decoration installation

HVAC installation
Fire alarm and safety features installation
Network and Securities interior task
Plumbing equipments installation
Luxury Business and Infrastructure
Our company develops various city buildings that are both beautiful in sight
and luxurious for utility. The main development area is the city center of
Ulaanbaatar for office, suite, apartment, and commercial buildings that are suited
to international and European standards for construction buildings. As Mongolia is
developing to the level of high developed countries, the country requires buildings
that are similar to high-developed country building. Because of this reason, the
requests for luxury and utility buildings have skyrocketed in the recent years and
will continue in this same pattern. Entertainment shopping centers that are both
luxurious and European style are rare in Mongolia, because of this reason; our
company is focusing on creating this atmosphere through our project. These
shopping centers and outlets will allow visitors to our project the taste of
international brands and foreign cultural dinning.

The terracotta is melted at
2000 Celsius for the highest
quality.
