* Team members come up with ideas through debates on how to proceed with the task- about task priorities;- clarity on purpose of the task;- roles & responsibilities and- processes to follow* Influence of ideas and power struggles may arise* Compromises may be required to enable progress* Team members may challenge the leader & leader coaches* Equivalent Situational Leadership style: Selling

Team Name
Your Team’s Mission Statement
Ground Rules: The 10 Commandments of your group.
Try to be available on Wednesdays, group texts, etc.
Team Logo: As a team, come up with a logo that creatively represents your teams mission or identity
Type up your contract with logo on the top and email it to your TA.
