Introduction
Civil defence is volunteer organization of people who fight to mitigate the effects of a Disaster like an Air raid, Earthquake, Floods or Civil
Disturbance, on civilian life & to maintain the morale of the people in
the time of crisis. Importance: Essential to augment the regular forces in war & peace.
