Metric thread (M13x1 LH) is offered standard together with its protection cap that pro-tects the threads from enviromental threats. The TP9 Elite Combat is a versatile compact pis-tol with performance parts designed by Salient Arms International in an industry-first collabora-tion, including a fluted and nitride-coated match-grade barrel, thread protector, sight set and mag well. The compact pistol has a polymer frame, is striker-fired and has an optics-ready slide with four different interfaces to accept the market’s most popular reflex sights. An included cocking lever can be mounted to either side of the slide for fast loading. Extensions for the magazine release catch and alternate backstraps are in-cluded to enable an ideal fit. The pistol includes one 15-round magazine and one 18-round maga-zine with a +3 aluminum extension. Available in 9x19mm, the pistol has a Cerakote-over-Tenifer finish on the slide for long-lasting corrosion re-sistance. The model is entitled to have the title of ‘Elite’ due to its ambidextrous slide stop, brand new design trigger safety mechanism, Warren type fiber optic sighting and closed striker cover mechanism as well as its shortened grip size.Its frame design is modified compared to the previous TP series in order to ensure flawless shooting comfort ex-perience. Besides its comfortable carry attribute thanks to its size, trigger reach distance is short-ened with improved design of trigger safety so as to allow female shooters to handle the gun com-fortably. TP9SF Elite-S carries the same features as TP9SF Elite and has manual trigger stop mechanism on its trigger guard. In addition to its medium size grip, its ambidextrous slide stop, improved trig-ger safety mechanism, Warren type fiber optic sighting and closed stricker cover mechanism earned it the Elite title among the TP series. Im-proved frame design gives the best target shoot-ing comfort in its league. Besides its concealed carry feature, with its new designed trigger safe-ty, trigger reach distance is shorter compared to other TP Series pistols. The standard fiber optic sights are designed by Scott Warren to give the best and fastest shooting performance in combat situations. This model enhances the shooter’s control on the pistol through front serrations and extended slide, while improving her aiming with its fiber-optic front sight. The tolerances are tightened; the trigger with in-tegrated safety has a shortened pull distance to allow increased firing rates, an optic mount slot is introduced to facilitate the mounting of popular Red-Dot opti-cal sights by installing interfaces interfaces that also allows to mount a cocking lever for smooth loading. Red-Dot Interface With Cocking Lever Screw

METE family handguns are semi-automatic, polymer framed, striker fired, SAO pistols, operating on proven standard short recoil - locked breech principle.

In order to operate in the harshest conditions in which the real world tactical situations may unfold, including extreme hot and cold weather, dirty, sandy, and dusty environments, all METE family pistols are expected to meet the highest standards in terms of reliability, durability and accuracy. Therefore all pistols come with external Tenifer or Cerakote over Tenifer finish, and in addition have their internal firing components nickel plated to ensure smooth operation, corrosion resistance and durability with a service life of well above of 50.000 rounds. Moreover METE family pistol members are designed and produced to display an exceptional level accuracy with less than 10 cm of bullet dispersion at 25 meters.

All pistols are equipped with an internal accessory picatinny rail (Mil-Std-1913) under the barrel and Micro Red-Dot interface with Co-Witness feature on the slide to be able to carry various accessories to meet changing operational requirements and different operator preferences. All METE pistols (except for SUB METE) can be installed with a Mag-Well to allow faster reloading and improve the grip.
