• Due to high level of IT (Trading desks with >6 x 27-30inch monitors per desk) specific environmental

considerations needed to be taken into account.

• Client wanted a waiting/reception area and dedicated entrance

• A fully customized space was created for their team. Whilst we were unable to provide a dedicated

enterance off the lift lobby we were able to create a reception area within the common corridor which

enable the space to look and feel traditional as well as to add a branding option.

process on the capability of our IT
