Capture Body Temperature at the Entry/Exit of society gates
Introducing

In the wake of the coronavirus outbreak, it’s important for gated communities to monitor who enters and exits the society. To help you be safe and secure, we at MyGate are introducing a feature for societies to record the temperature of people moving In/Out of societies and capture whether or not they are wearing a mask.

How to enable it for your society in 3 simple steps
Step 1
Login to the dashboard. Click on Manage Society and select Manage Security Details. Then click on Society Settings.
Step 2
Your society name is set as default society. Click on search and select See More.
Step 3
Now go to Health Check At Gate. Click on the field and select the preferred option to enable it.
How to export Entry/Exit reports
Step 1
Login to the dashboard. Click on Reports and select Entry/Exit Report.
Step 2
Your society name is already set as default. Click on Search to see the results. You can select Download Entry - Exit Details to download the report.
Step 3
Click on More to view Visitor’s Additional Details i.e. the visitor’s temperature and whether or not they were wearing a mask.

How it Works
Step 1
When a visitor arrives at the main gate, the guard enters the passcode.

The guard manually enters the temperature value in the app.
Step 3
The guard selects whether or not the visitor is wearing a mask.
Step 4
The guard depending on the visitor type fills in the rest of the details
For a delivery executive, select the flat and click on submit.
For a resident, click on Mark as Out if the resident is going out or Mark as In if the resident is coming inside the society.
For a pre-invited guest, enter the details and click on Allow In.
