available integrations through connectors, partner solutions,
or the EMS Platform Services (API).
• Customers and partners can now create their own custom
integrations using EMS Platform Services (APIs).
• Going forward, EMS will continue to invest in new
integrations and the capabilities of the EMS Platform
Services with each major update.
