Diners Club International® is pleased to introduce the new

Cardmember Account Center, called MyDinersClub, which will be

launching early 2013.

MyDinersClub provides you with online rewards, card activity, rewards, financial management tools and more to help you stay on

top of your finances. This guide will give you an overview of the new

enhancements.

At Diners Club, we work hard to make our powerful online solutions simple and easy to use.

MyDinersClub creates an experience that is more robust and visually inclusive while continuing to

provide access to statements, rewards, Spend Analyzer and alerts.

The updated Cardmember Account Center features a number of changes including new graphics,

account information viewable across multiple periods, fast-path links to popular site content and a

powerful new spending analysis tool, Spend Analyzer.

or integrate spending data.

Activity & Statements

The Activity & Statements section allows quick access to 24 months of statements and transactions. It is divided into two tabs—Account Activity and Statements.

Account Activity Views

There are three distinct Account Activity views:

Recent Activity (unbilled transactions)

Statement Activity (billed transactions)

Summary Activity

Year-to-date view

Prior Year view

Last 12 Months view

Last 24 Months view

Account Activity views offer quick-to-read summaries, status, and transactions. Analytical graphs provide further insight into Activity views containing billed transactions.

Summary Activity views also include the Spending History graph, comparing spending over time.

To help you better understand your spending patterns, data now can be sorted by merchant category, transaction date, merchant description, transaction amount, or reference code.

Show (or hide) transactions and merchant related transaction detail with one click.

You also have the option to print your card activity information or save as PDF for later viewing. You can also download information into assorted file types for integration with other financial management software.

MyDinersClub offers a separate statement view that groups transactions by merchant category for most accounts.

The Save My Check feature helps you track your purchases to aid reconciliation against receipts or expense reports.

Statements provide year-to-date summaries of purchases, fees, and other charges.

Spend Analyzer is an intuitive financial management tool that gives you a clear visual representation of your Card spend.

Choose the timeframe:

Perform spending analysis against seven different rolling periods, lengths ranging from 1 to 24 months, including year to date and previous year views.

Choose level of detail:

Spending History graph provides additional period, average, and overall summary measures. Sliding the selector bar helps you see the changes from month to month. Mouse hovers show even more analysis.

If you have enrolled in Diners Club Rewards you can view earned Rewards points and redeem Rewards online.

Select and Enjoy:

You can select from the available rewards offerings or browse through the Rewards catalogue from the on-page link for further information.

Redemption is easy. You simply supply any required airline/hotel membership data or rewards recipient address information to enjoy the benefits earned from using your Diners Club Card.

Keeping You Informed:

The Home Page and most Activity & Statement views also display your rewards points status (as shown below).

my profile and preferences On the My Profile and Preferences page, you can reset login credentials and access other preference settings.

Edit Account Information:

In this section, you can: Reset your user ID Reset your password Update your email address

View or Change Download Formatting Preferences:

You can specify formatting preferences for when you download transactions to spreadsheet or financial management software. These include:

You may edit or enrol in My Alerts to receive popular account-management and new services alerts and reminders via email or SMS. (See next page for details.)

Change My PIN:

In February there will be new functionality introduced allowing you to change your PIN online.

You may enrol in My Alerts, during the MyDinersClub registration process or on the My Profile page, to receive via email or SMS popular account management and new services alerts.

Set Up Alerts:

You may enter up to two email addresses and/or up to two mobile phone numbers where you would like to receive alerts and reminders. There is also a setting to temporarily enable or disable all chosen alerts at once.

Select Alerts:

In this step, you may choose to activate and configure up to seven account management alerts: Account Balance Reminder (choose

frequency) Payment Reminder (choose when) Payment Past Due Payment Received Unusual Spending (above a specific

amount) Total Monthly Transactions (above a

To provide you with peace of mind and the knowledge that account information is safe and private, MyDinersClub has these enhanced security features:

Personal security questions to answer, presented whenever additional authentication is called for

Enhanced login standards for User ID and Password

You reset your password on a periodic schedule

Upon multiple failed login attempts, you cannot log in without Customer Service assistance

While online at MyDinersClub, if you are inactive for an extended period you will be logged out

Last login date displays, to confirm for you there has been no unauthorized access

Diners Club International uses 128-bit SSL technology, the highest encryption standard to protect online information

The new enhancements relate to the look, navigation, and features of the cardmember account center. We will not be changing the following:

Existing User ID and Password can still be used to log in. You will be prompted to update some account and login details when you first log in

Alerts and settings remain the same

Rewards offerings are still available

Statement data is still available, now expanded to up to 2 years online

Customer service has not changed


Throughout MyDinersClub, you may find self-service popup help text. Clicking the question mark in a bubble icon provides this additional help.
