How do we know that Ronald Reagan accessed the Global Debt Facility? Spiritual Wonder Boy wrote me, "Thank you for risking your life as a whistleblower. It won't be in vain." Spiritual Wonder Boy was representing the Banking Cartel, and had been threatening me if I didn't sign the world's wealth in the Global Debt Facility over to him. Spiritual Wonder Boy said that we were both "part of the story which will change the world's history" Spiritual Wonder boy was also referring to all of my correspondence with Wolfgang Struck and said that he was representing the Tallano's claims in the Philippines. You may recall, the Tallanos are descendants of English royalty. We had already figured out that José Rizal, the Philippines hero who deposited the world's wealth in the Global Debt Facility when he was the Superior General of the Jesuits at the end of WWII, was 100 percent of the Malay race and that the English royalty had no rightful claim to the Philippines or anything in it. Once we said this, someone in the Philippines sent us the minutes of the meeting in the Philippines where José Rizal deposited the world's wealth in the Global Debt Facility. Belshazzar's Feast is taken from Daniel 5 in the Old Testament of the Bible. I will read that verse now from the King James Version: But let me say that I am reading this because it is an analogy. There are many spiritual matters that all of humanity is going to be considering in the Global Currency Reset. There has been plenty of action. More than a year ago the International Court of Justice tried to

invalidate the Global Debt Facility. The treaty that governs the Global Debt Facility, the Bilateral

Minesfield Breakthrough Successor Trust Agreement, says clearly "without court order". That is

why I told the ICJ that they did not have any jurisdiction. Instead, I informed the ICJ that the Board of Governors of the World Bank and IMF declared the ICJ's Notice dated April 21, 2015 "null and void." I also told the CIA that their memo, issued on May 7, 2015, trying to steal the world's gold in the Global Debt Facility, was also "null and void." On February 15, 2016 Bertrand Badré who was acting in the capacity of President of the World

Bank, attempted to "shred, expunge and delete bank records of the Global Debt Facility.

I pointed out: "The secretariat doesn't speak for the Board of Governors. All that they are admitting to is that they are trying to steal the gold. I will invalidate this in a letter to the embassies." The following day I wrote to the NY Missions and Tokyo Embassies:

"Any country which considers that Mr. Bertrand Badré was authorized to expunge, delete and shred

the Global Debt Facility from bank records, may register this opinion in writing. Otherwise, Mr.

Badré is hereby dismissed from employment with the World Bank for cause" The following week

Mr. Bertrand Badré left the World Bank.

The combination of the US National War College Power transition model that came to the World

Bank in 2004, the assets of the world contained in the Global Debt Facility, and the social media on

the internet has destabilized the Banking Cartel. As a seasoned lawyer with over twenty years in the

World Bank's legal department, together with the world's whistleblowers, and comments from all of

humanity over the internet, I have documented the corruption in the international financial system

over many years.

There is a Global Currency Reset underway to exchange fractional reserve paper currencies for local

currencies issued by villages and towns, and national currencies out of the world's international gold

This is taken from this year's February 23rd teleprompter: For new listeners, the Network of Global Corporate Control is a secret company that thinks it owns the world because it is able to print all the paper money it wants to for free and then has the gall to charge us interest on country debt in a big scam. A power transition model from the Department of Defense that uses game theory modeling is predicting that the coalition for the rule of law will win with 90-95% likelihood. Two weeks ago we discussed the Minutes of the Meeting at the Philippines Central Bank on January 3, 1949. The Minutes were signed by Jose Rizal, who you remember, was the Black Pope, that is, the Superior General of the Society of Jesus, as the bailor, that is the owner of the assets placed in trust. The signatories included his lawyer Ferdinand Marcos, Harry Truman, Dwight Eisenhower, members of the Philippines Central Bank, and the Ambassador of the Pacific Union. This trust contains the world's wealth: 1,617,000 Metric Tonnes of gold, 1,000,000 MT of platinum, 1,000,000 of Diamonds. I want to soften what I said about the legal profession a bit based upon the death of Antonin Scalia. Although this is only conjecture, I believe that Justice Scalia was murdered to prevent him from disclosing the fact that the United States is secretly being governed by martial law. Article V is the way to measure whether "We the people" have given our consent to the way that we are being governed. When two-thirds of the state legislatures apply to the US Congress for an amendment to the Constitution, there is supposed to be a Convention to propose

But the US Congress has refused to do its duty to convene a Constitutional Convention. Instead, Congress has declared a state of emergency behind closed doors. Because the US Congress has refused to convene the Convention, and because the US Congress and the legal profession have refused to admit that the US Congress has been extending a secret state of emergency to justify martial law, the World Bank Board of Governors has declared the US to be in interregnum. On February 10, I indicted the entire legal profession for covering this fact up. It is interesting that my teleprompter was edited on my computer to delete Justice Scalia's 1979 comments on the Article V Convention,

The founders inserted this alternative method of obtaining constitutional amend-ments because they knew the Congress would be unwilling to give attention to many issues the people are concerned with, particularly those involving restrictions on the federal government's own power. The founders foresaw that and they provided the convention as a remedy. If the only way to get that convention is to take this minimal risk, then it is a reasonable one.

The Network of Global Corporate Control is having a hard time with these truths. I had to reedit my teleprompter early in the morning because they hacked into my computer. Then I had to switch computers. This is just silly games. The truth will out. This reminds me of what the Network of Global Corporate Control did when I was suing the World Bank as a bondholder. They erased my brief the day before it was due. I luckily had saved an earlier draft in the clouds, and filed it ontime anyway. The rewrite only made my brief stronger, and this is only making the teleprompter more focused. So the American people will find out about their corrupt government this way instead. Now let’s talk about the way forward. The people on this planet know that there is gold that belongs to them. They know that the Network of Global Corporate Control is bankrupt and is in receivership. They also know that the Vatican’s document that Christine Lagarde signed without any authority is invalid. In 2014 I spoke directly to the Japanese authorities, and I told them that them that the United States military was going to remain strong, because the Federal Reserve Note was not going to crash. General Dunford Jr. thinks he single handedly is going to surrender the United States and its people? HARDLY. How are we going to mint US Treasury Dollars, and get them to the United States people when these goons are locking me out of the World Bank’s buildings? That is simply a detail.
