Interview Exercise There is a journal article needs to be publish at XYZ newspaper about refugee migration to Australia. In order to get as much information as possible, the newspaper is running a program to interview people from a refugee background to find more information about them. The newspaper has hired you as an interviewer to interview the above people. Your task now is to run this interview. TASK: You will work in a group of two, one as interviewer and one as interviewee (person who will be interviewed). The following steps should help you during the interview process as guidance. You should feel free to divert if required. You should spend 10min per interview and switch roles when finish. 1. Interviewer welcomes the interviewee and both exchange their names 2.
