HLS Water Levels
• I reported on MINOS and Aurora mine water level data
• Many light sources use water levels to set alignment of their machines
• A Medvedko from Budker reported on ultra sonic water levels
Minos Data for Jan 06
Aurora Mine data May 06
Other Accelerators
• There are 50 light sources in operation, construction or planning
• Energy range 2.5 to 3.5 Gev with x rays 10 to 100 Kev
• NIST has a calibration standard for laser trackers and offers a calibration service
Next Conference will be in the fall of 2008 in Japan
