The guiding principle of the company is the systematic linkage of cost efficiency and ecology in all areas of business. The company uses recycled aluminium as well as renewable resources in the „green“ insulation strips. heroal operates a combined heat and power plant and meets high standards in its fleet of vehicles. The system-solutions ensure efficiency from the planning stage, through production and all the way to use in buildings.
A medium-sized company with a long tradition, heroal is the employer for 800 employees.

What you can expect
Support A committed mentor will be available to you throughout the work placement, and will also be involved with you in activities outside of work, for example sport and leisure activities.It is not uncommon for new friendships to be made here, which may even last a lifetime.
Remuneration You will receive attractive remuneration for your work andcommitment during the work placement.
Work placement content We offer an interesting and exciting insight into the tasksperformed by a product developer, product manager or tool mechanic. By taking part in our premium training programme you will be involved in exciting projects, and will also beresponsible for sub-projects within these.
Accommodation You will live with other international trainees and quickly make new friends. The residence is located directly opposite the company building and has good transport links. The cost of rent is covered by heroal.
Getting to and from heroal Travel costs from the airport in your homeland to our site in Verl will also be covered by heroal.
By working on varied tasks involving real responsibility, you can find out what it is like to work at an innovative family company.
During a work placement lasting 3 months, you will gain an insight into a company full of variety, adventure and unforgettablemoments. Discover a new range of tasks, enjoy a varied working day and get to know lots of new people.
