International Studies Abroad (ISA) Outreach Internship
Position Opening: Outreach Intern, ISA Denver OfficeThis role will be split between the Internships Team and the Degrees Team. Inquiry Services
Provide enthusiastic customer service to student inquiries via phone and email to generate excitement about ISA internship and degree programs
Follow up with interested students via phone and email Provide professional customer service to other departments as needed
Lead Management
Work to creatively engage prospective students Follow up with incomplete/unfinished student applications Respond to inquires from online directory listings Add inquiries to online database with appropriate fields submitted Assign students to lead lists in online database for future follow-up Reach out to students who expressed interest in the past via phone and email by
utilizing supplied lead lists tools Lead manage various groups of inquiries on a weekly basis Participate in scheduled calling campaigns to promote internship and degree
programs Additional projects and support to office staff
Qualifications/Requirements
Outgoing personality with excellent people skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Bachelor’s degree required (current undergraduate students are eligible to apply) Experience abroad required (preference for Australia, New Zealand, or the UK) Proficiency in Microsoft Office required Demonstrated organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills Sales and customer service experience preferred
Terms and benefits
Total work hours per week: 20-25 Scheduling can be flexible based on candidate’s availability Intern must be able to work from the ISA Denver office, located in Westminster,
