ACCESS TO OCELLIA
Ocellia is located in front of the « Gare de Vaise » subway and the railway station.
From Lyon Part Dieu train station : At Part-Dieu station, take the exit “Vivier Merle” to find the subway • Take the subway line B (blue) towards « Gare d’Oullins » • Get off the subway at « Saxe Gambetta » and change subway line • Take the subway line D (green) towards “Gare de Vaise »
From Lyon Perrache train station : • Take the subway line A (pink) towards « Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie » • Get off the subway at « Bellecour » and change subway line • Take the subway line D (green) towards « Gare de Vaise »

Prepare your stay
HEALTH
European students or non-EU students living in Europe : You can apply to the social protection organization in your home country for a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC). As long as it is valid at least until the end of the academic year, this organization continues to cover your reimbursements. In the event of illness, you will only have to pay the user fee, upon presentation of this card (or provisional certificate) to professionals and health establishments. Note that you will be covered for the same risks than in your home country, therefore you have to check that your social protection organization is covering the following items: medical costs & hospitalisation, civil liability, repatriation, work accidents.
USEFUL DOCUMENTS TO BRING
Please make sure to bring all the following documents with you to France: • Your passport or national identity card • Your birth certificate for some French administration procedures • Proof of your insurance policy including your civil liability and repatriation insurance • Your European health insurance card for EU students • 1 headshot picture of you
You will be asked to provide these documents to complete various administrative files (CAF, CROUS, bank, insurance, etc.)

CROUS ACCOMMODATION
You will have to fullfill a complete file for your accommodation in CROUS. These documents and payments must be submitted to your residence the day of your arrival. Documents and payments needed to be registered for your room : • Specific documents depending on your residence, complete list will be sent to you by mid-june : • ID card or passport copy • Certificate of insurance covering rental risks and civil liability for the academic year 2020/2021 • Visale guarantee • 3 x ID photos – size 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm (please indicate your name on the back of your ID photos) • Proof of registration in higher educational institution • IBAN • Payment : 10€ for management fees • Payment : one month rent • Payment : of «Security deposit », this payment is possible online before arrival All these documents must be provided in paper form.
