V. Ready-Set-Go Process: Proprietary NU-IDEA Ready-Set-Go process is the core element of the

program. The process adopts a structured approach to develop the business idea into a viable

business model, ready to be launched.

VI. Modules & Learning Methodology:

i2E’s Entrepreneurship Learning Modules are designed to support students through the preparation, venture initiation and acceleration processes, and provide them with instruction, examples and templates for developing their business ventures. Entrepreneurship Learning Modules are taught in two phases, namely, Preparatory Learning and Core Learning mapped with two program phases. Preparatory Modules provide students, drawn from different disciplines and backgrounds, with the basic knowledge and understanding required to start and build their own businesses. Core Learning Modules focus on specific topics required for moving an actual business venture through the venture development process. Core Learning will involve both classroom and experiential methods to allow students to get hands-on practice of what they are taught in class. Learning Methodology/Pedagogy: The learning modules designed by Northeastern University’s

Entrepreneurship faculty and real-world entrepreneurs, support the students through the venture

development process, and provide them with instruction, examples and templates for developing

their business. The modules consist of a series of multi-media segments, each focusing on specific

topics associated with that module, and are supported by self-paced online learning, complimented

by homework assignment, peer reviews, group discussions, and collaborative exercises inside and

outside the classroom.
