The training course shall be conducted by trainer certified by Ministry Of Health (MOH). This course comprises of two components, lecture and examination. A certificate of the training will only be awarded to participants who passed the examination. This course is also opened to those interested in gaining more knowledge in HACCP. However, it is not a course for recognition as an auditor under MOH. To ensure appointed auditors are knowledgeable and competent in conducting audit in food safety area. To update current regulatory requirements and food safety issues. To harmonize understanding of HACCP elements and application between the auditors during audit.
