Edmund Dunne told me that he was Head of The Royal Illuminati - The World Monarch and he also told me that he was in fear of his life because he was the sole surviving plaintiff in a lawsuit brought on behalf of suicided bankers. Do you remember all the bank employees, some of them in their 20's and 30's, who had improbably committed suicide?

Many people want to know why if the coalition for the rule of law is stronger than the corrupt Network of Global Corporate Control, what is holding up the Global Currency Reset to exchange paper money for money out of the gold that belongs to humanity? We need to convince the people working for the Network of Global Corporate Control that it is in their best interest to work with the rest of us to save humanity. Right now the agents of the Network of Global Corporate Control are blocking the Global Currency Reset. I saw this in a document that Edmund Dunne wanted to talk about with me:

"The Act of Atonement by the International Financial Services Industry". How hard should it be to convince these people to save humanity if their employer is murdering them? In the comments section of my YouTube channel, where I archive these DCTV programs, there is an ongoing debate about whether or not to jail the bankers. If we insist on jailing the bankers, we can kiss humanity good-bye. It is as simple as that. World Bank and International Monetary Fund In earlier episodes we discussed how the US monetary gold reserves are in a trust called the Global Debt Facility that is managed by the Ministers of Finance on the Board of Governors of the World Bank and IMF. At the end of WWII, José Rizal, who was the Superior General of the Society of Jesus, deposited the world's wealth into the Global Debt Facility, and established the World Bank and IMF to administer the world's wealth for the benefit of humanity. Ferdinand Marcos was the lawyer that established the Global Debt Facility. Ferdinand Marcos also established the G-77, a group of developing countries that now numbers 134 countries. It is called the G-77 because that is the number of developing countries at the birth of the G-77. The Board of Governors have appointed me as Overseer Mandate Trustee for the Global Debt Facility, and agreed that I speak on their behalf on matters concerning the Global Debt Facility. This arrangement was confirmed by the NY missions and Japan embassies following the Annual Meeting of the World Bank and IMF in October 2015. When John F. Kennedy and Ronald Reagan cooperated with the G-77 to access the US' monetary gold reserves, they were shot. This time around, it was agreed that the US should access its

monetary gold reserves to replace Federal Reserve Notes, in a Global Currency Reset involving all the world's countries, who are going to exchange their fractional reserve fiat currencies for local currencies issued by villages and towns as well as national currencies minted from the gold in the Global Debt Facility.

2016 is the year of the fire monkey. Feng shui means "wind-water", it is a Chinese philosophy about humanity and life. According to 'Chinese Five Elements Horoscopes,' 2016 is all about financial events. The last fire monkey year happened in 1956, when Britain and France invaded Egypt during the Suez Canal crisis, a pivotal event that historians believe marked the demise of British imperial power. Feng shui experts are telling us that we are in the midst of two years of the passionate and generous realm of heart-centered Fire. The year of the fire monkey began on February 8, 2016.

Interregnum

On February 8, 2016 I sent an email to the Minister of Finance of Columbia, who is the liaison to the World Bank and International Monetary Fund for the 134 countries that belong to the G-77.

The United States government is in interregnum, and I am exercising the voice and vote of the US representatives on the Board of Governors and Board of Executive Directors of the World Bank and IMF until the Constitution of 1789 is reinstated pursuant to the provisions of Article V thereof. This statement went into effect after I informed the NY missions and Tokyo embassies, under the arrangement agreed during the Annual Meeting of the World Bank and IMF. This same arrangement was how the minutes of the Spring Meeting were approved by the Development Committee. Loose Ends Last week-end, after sending a letter to the 25 countries on the Development Committee confirming the minutes of the Development Committee, I announced the Global Currency Reset to exchange that scam called fractional reserve fiat currencies for currencies minted out of the world's international monetary gold reserves and for local currencies issued by villages and towns. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zvb6YScDQvg Easy peasy. I had already informed the Network of Global Corporate Control on the last day of the Spring Meeting (to a Senior Director of the Institute of International Finance). All we are dealing with now are some loose ends. During the Spring Meeting, I told the Greek delegation that the attempt of the Network of Global Corporate Control to grab Greek property to settle bogus country debt is getting unwound. The week before the Spring Meeting, I tried to record the Global Debt Facility's lien on the property of the DC Chief of Police, Cathy Lanier. I have already recorded this lien with the Secretary of State for Maryland, and I needed to record it in Anne Arundel County. Governor Hogan's office contacted me trying to explain why after I paid the tax on the assessed value of the property, Mr. Dorsey L. Hile, Jr. in the Anne Arundel County Office of Finance, did not give me a receipt for my payment. The verbal explanation made absolutely no sense. I asked for Mr. Hile to put this in writing, and he refused. Instead, Steven Schuh, County Executive, BROKE THE LAW WITH IMPUNITY. And Governor Hogan let this corruption happen on his watch. THIS CORRUPTION IF ALLOWED TO CONTINUE, COULD PREVENT HUMANITY'S SURVIVAL ON THIS PLANET. Corrupt Business Environment in DC Cathy Lanier ordered the DC Police to prevent me from returning to my desk at the World Bank. Cathy Lanier is responsible for a corrupt business environment which could cause the District of Columbia to lose its biggest employer, and that is just for starters. The Network of Global Corporate Control, for whom Cathy Lanier is working, is trying to unilaterally surrender the United States, cause mass starvation and pestilence, and land all the residents of the US in FEMA camps. The Global Debt Facility has liens on the property of many of the agents of the Network of Global Corporate Control that are interfering with the Global Currency Reset.

Fed is now insolvent The Global Debt Facility also has liens on all of the Federal Reserve Banks. The reason the Fed moved to Chicago was because the Secretary of State for Chicago, Jesse White, attempted to invalidate the lien which the Global Debt Facility filed in Chicago. In this file, which I call "Alternative to WWIII", you can see how the Board of Governors has given Jesse White his marching orders, and told him in no uncertain terms that the Fed is now insolvent and is in receivership in the Global Debt Facility. https://s3.amazonaws.com/khudes/Alternative+to+WWIII.pdf Betrayal in Washington DC Washington DC is a special place. We have learned in earlier episodes in this series that the Act of 1871 that created the District of Columbia was a huge betrayal. That Act created a second, secret Constitution. The US is actually governed by the Joint Chief of Staff in a military dictatorship, and the President of the US is the CEO and Members of Congress are simply managers of a Corporation and window dressing designed to fool people into complacency and thinking that their rights under the Constitution of 1789 are still in effect WHILE THEY ARE UNPROTECTED, AND THE JUDGES ARE REFUSING TO SIT IN THE COURTS THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO GUARANTEE THEIR RIGHTS. War Powers robbing us of our property under martial law The people know that the Governors of the 50 states have been refusing to give titles to land and cars and other property. This is because the US Congress extends a state of emergency behind closed doors. The war powers are in effect and deny the people of the United States their property. I have asked the Adjutant Generals who head the National Guard for the 50 states to declare that the US is not under martial law. Instead, not a single Adjutant General has denied THE FACT THAT THE US IS UNDER AN ILLEGITIMATE MARTIAL LAW REGIME And until the Constitution of 1789 goes back into effect, as Overseer Mandate Trustee for the Global Debt Facility that contains the US' monetary gold reserves, I vote the shares of the US on the Board of Governors of the World Bank and IMF, and on the Board of Executive Directors of the World Bank and IMF. That is because we are now in interregnum. Provocateurs How does an interregnum look? For one thing, the Network of Global Corporate Control is trying desperately to have its agents tear the fabric of society. They use provocateurs. What is a provocateur? That is an actor who tries to create chaos and disorder by pretending that they are working to fix things when they are really working to destroy things. I have been exposing provocateurs. As for Lavoy Finicum's murder, I blame the agent provocateurs as much as anybody else. There has been a concerted effort to incite the patriot community in order to destroy this country when a peaceful transition is possible. Let's drill down on what I said before the shoot-out. The provocateurs are working both sides against the middle. First there was the informer against Schuyler Barbeau. I called the Southern Poverty Law Center to task because they were nattering on about Schuyler Barbeau's short barrelled firearm instead of dealing with the question whether the Constitution of 1789 is in effect or not. Then there were the provocateurs in Harney County

U.S. District Judge Ann Aiken, who resentenced Dwight Hammond Jr. and his son Steven, is not presiding over a Court under Article III of the US Constitution. Under the Global Currency Reset, the people are going to put the 1789 Constitution back into effect and end martial law, using Article V of the Constitution. The Hammonds' sentence will be commuted asap. Other people who did not harm anyone and were falsely imprisoned in private jails which are nothing more than a modern day slavery system should also expect to get their freedom restored Disconnect between reality and facade of normalcy All of the secretaries of state of the 50 states know that there is a huge disconnect between reality and what is actually going on. The first thing that we have to do in the Global Currency Reset is to align reality with the false theater that the Network of Global Corporate Control is manipulating its agents to act out on the world stage. The hard work in the Global Currency Reset is to help people understand how true it is that "all the world is a stage" Behind this facade of normalcy is the Network of Global Corporate Control that has bribed and threatened and sometimes murdered the people in secret societies so that they play along with the script. The Network of Global Corporate Control is a huge mega conglomerate that prints paper money with which to pay these bribes and to enslave the rest of us. José Rizal We have learned how at the end of WWII a very special man named José Rizal went into the very center of this Network of Global Corporate Control. He became the Superior General of the Society of Jesus. He shipped the world's gold to the Philippines and then in the last years of WWII he shipped the gold to Singapore and had it melted into ingots that were stamped with the name of the Global Debt Facility. And then Rizal had his lawyer Ferdinand Marcos draw up all the papers and they put this wealth into hiding for 50 years and created a huge co-op with all the countries of the world so that at the end of this period there would be no fighting over the world's wealth. Power Transition Model The power transition model has told us about a coalition that is stronger than the Network of Global Corporate Control. It is this coalition the Board of Governors of the World Bank and IMF that I am acting on behalf of as Overseer Mandate Trustee of the Global Debt Facility. Once the mask has slipped from this masquerade, it cannot be put back into place. During the Spring Meetings we got a very good indicator exactly how accurate the power transition model is. Who were the Executive Director offices that tried to have me admitted into the Development Committee meetings? The German, the Japanese, and also Brazil. There were other indicators, as when the Board of Governors' minutes deleted the paragraph congratulating Madame Lagarde for her reappointment. For my part, I told the Executive Directors that Madame Lagarde, Jim Kim, the World Bank General Counsel Anne-Marie Leroy, and the Executive Secretary of the Development Committee, Yvonne Tsikata, did not know how to interpret the World Bank's Articles when she ignored the Executive Directors' offices of Japan, Brazil, and Germany, and refused to admit me to the Spring Meetings. The Network of Global Corporate Control did not succeed in stealing the world's patrimony during the 2016 Spring Meetings. Instead, what merely happened is that the secretariat discredited itself

by violating the Bretton Woods' Articles of Agreement, pursuant to which the world's patrimony remains with the proper beneficiaries: the world's peoples. I have invalidated any and all attempts to disinherit the world's peoples as beneficiaries of the trust bequeathed to all of mankind as a gift of love.

concerning the Global Currency Reset from the assets in the Global Debt Facility, as described in https://s3.amazonaws.com/khudes/Twitter4.25.15.1.pdf . This is a draft of the fifth and eighth action items in the Letter of Intent. https://s3.amazonaws.com/khudes/Letter+of+Intent.pdf It was agreed with twenty delegations during the Annual Meetings in Lima, and subsequently cleared by email with the New York Missions and Tokyo Embassies, that any country which disagreed with my proposals would go on record in writing. The purpose of these measures is to frustrate the efforts of the Network of Global Corporate Control identified by Vitali, Glattfelder, and Battiston of ETH Zurich http://arxiv.org/PS_cache/arxiv/pdf/1107/1107.5728v2.pdf to bring on another Dark Ages through quantitative easing.

Successive measures in the Global Currency Reset will be agreed transparently and peacefully in due course. In addition to discussions in the Development Committee, the United States will join the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, and a means of converting the excess liquidity of Federal Reserve Notes that were acquired through economic transactions (and not through black operations) will include allocating shares of the publicly traded companies that are in receivership in the Global Debt Facility. The Global Currency Reset is not deflating or contracting the amount of currency required for economic activities; Federal Reserve Notes will continue to circulate alongside Treasury Dollars and local currencies; excess Federal Reserve Notes will be retired in due course. Legal tender laws are no longer in effect; parties will decide which currency to use. The initial procedure for exchanging Federal Reserve Notes for uncut United States Dollars held in the Global Debt Facility https://s3.amazonaws.com/khudes/UBS+UNCUT.pdf will be as follows:

residents of the United States will mail a notice to the Development Committee on a form to be published, the amount of Federal Reserve Notes that they propose to exchange (up to $1 million per resident), and the address to which the Development Committee's certification for the exchange is to be mailed. In order to exchange Federal Reserve Notes for Treasury Dollars, certification will be required.

Although initially demand deposits, savings deposits, money market mutual funds and other

time deposits can include Federal Reserve Notes, eventually these will have to be

disaggregated since only Treasury Dollars will be eligible for exchange into aurum.

Because of the corruption in the international financial system arising from the Network of

You are totally missing on what you state there about the ICJ and CIA invalidating the

Marcos accounts. Like most all of your documents it is coming from me and I told you it was

produced as smear campaign against King Anthony Santiago Martin who is forever

recognized by the World Bank.

As to Tiburcio Villamor Marcos I have told you not once but several times that TVM (77) is in

a hospital in Germany with what appears as terminal lupus. The guy who is approaching you

as TVM is the driver of Marcos who found the abandoned folders in brief-case, hid it, and

smuggled it out to his place in Cebu. He is now turning on the heat, we are all not getting

younger, and posting as TVM. He is not and his originally genuine documents have become

null and void since he posted his ugly face on every document. I attach one phony example.

The information on that document is smashing though, worth reading every word of it.

Thank you for this interesting piece of action. Actually, it was quite amusing to me to see

two grandmothers fighting it out in a small ring somewhere out there and I thought I

could be the third man in the ring. So, without further ado, introducing in the red corner
