The "C" ECAHO International Competition of the Arabian Horse is organized by the "Show" Commission of the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes Arab Horse Association. This event is recognized by E.C.A.H.O to whom it is affiliated. Regulation 2019 of the European Commission of Arab Horse Competitions Will be applied in its entirety.

Conditions of participation :The ECAHO (Blue Book) regulation will be applied in its entirety.

International "C" competition: All horses registered in a stud-book of the Arab horse are admitted at the deadline of the entry to the contest. The owners or tenants of the horses are responsible for the correct application of the rules.

Horses can arrive from Thursday, May 7, 2020 from 2 p.m, and no later than Friday 8 May before 6 p.m.No horse will be able to leave the competition venue before the end of the championships

WARNING: *** Only classes of more than 11 horses can be split. *** For Yearlings, application of the ECAHO rules, if less than 11 horses registered, the class can not be split. It will in fact become the yearling championship. In this case, the first three male Yearling and female yearling will be presented and will receive their prize at the end of the JUNIOR Championships. *** For mares, they can compete in classes of their age.

The order of classes is subject to change in view of the number of registered horses, check with the definitive program upon your arrival.

In case of unavailability of a judge for a personal or other reason, this list of judges may be changed at the last moment without being subject to complaint. At the place of the contest, only the Ring Master will be able to transmit the communications between judges and breeders or owners.

Rating : Classes will be rated from 1 to 20 with half points (Type, Head & Neckline, Body & Backline, Members, Movements) The Championships will be judged according to the ECAHO regulation. Disciplinary commission : Jean Bernard KUPAJ

The Championships : They will be OPEN and judged according to the ECAHO regulation.

** Class 11 - The gelding champions will be chosen during their passage in the class.** Class 12 - The Foal Male & Female Champions will be selected at their presentation of the class

The OR, SILVER and BRONZE medalists will be chosen from all the horses selected for the championship.

In case of a tie, the best score in TYPE tie the competitors if always tied, it is the best note of the pace, if they are still not separated, it is one of the judges (drawn by lot) who will designate the winner.

Commitments, Registration and Payment :he compensation of the horses will be effective after the reception of the payment in full, and this, before April 20, 2020. We draw the particular attention of the presenters on this point. When hiring their customers' horses, if they have not received payment from their customers, they must deposit a check of the amount of their commitments. This check will be returned to them upon receipt of final payment from their clients. In any case, payment or deposit must reach us by the commitment deadline.

Technical Informations:

The participation in the contest entails the acceptance by competitors of the present rules as a whole, as well as the decisions taken by the jury.

* A) Horses: The horses will be able to arrive from Thursday, May 07, 2020 - 14 hours, and no later than Friday 8 May before 6 p.m. The boxes will have been assigned according to the commitments, inquire at your arrival. * A bis) Boxes: Please let us know if you want straw or shavings in litter 10 days before your arrival on

the premises.

* B) Sanitary standards: The veterinary control will take place on Friday, May 08, Between 5 pm and 8 pm, be present with your horse's notebook to avoid any loss of time. Check that your horses are up to date with mandatory vaccinations. * C) Presenters: The minimum age requirement is 16 years old. Presenters will

Wear a proper dress without any distinctive sign or publicity. The assistants are not allowed to enter the ring during the presentation of the horse.

* D) Insurance, Liability: The horses and equipment of competitors remain

Under their full care and responsibility for the duration of their presence on the Places of the event. The ACA-RA declines any responsibility for accidents that may occur, concerning Horses, persons or equipment during the period between their arrival and their Departure from the competition site.

Restoration:A restaurant and a refreshment room will operate from Thursday evening. Publicity :Breeding or horse advertising can be done at the contest venue and Displayed only on the box concerned, (they must be removed before departure).
