This tutorial assumes that you have a certain level of iOS installation knowledge and will not be covering general items like application installation. 1a. On your iOS device (e.g. iPhone/iPad), go to the App Store, search for Pulse Secure, then tap Get, then Open: 1b. You will likely see the message Enable Pulse Secure (as shown, upper right). If so, touch Enable. 2. As soon as you open Pulse Secure, it should start the configuration for your default SecureAccess connection. In the first window when it prompts for the URL, enter secureaccess.intermountainhealthcare.org then Next. In the Name field, type IHC SecureAccess (or something similar). Below that, it should show the address you previously entered in the URL field and you can optionally enter your Username. Keep Password as the Authentication method and enter Auth2-Step as the Realm then Save. With IHC SecureAccess selected under Configuration, tap Connect. 3. Enter your Intermountain Username & Master Password (the same one used for iCentra), assure the Realm is Auth2- Step & tap Sign In. Enter the 6-digit code from the Digipass app in the prompt window that follows then tap Sign In again. Once successfully connected, Intranet Status: Connected will be displayed and it will also show VPN in the Status Bar (upper left corner).

4. Click the device’s Home button to return to your home screen. You are now connected and can run your applications that require connection to the Intermountain network. When you are finished with your SecureAccess session, remember to return to Pulse Secure and tap Disconnect to fully disconnect from Intermountain’s Network. 5a. As with Step 1a, go to the App Store, but this time search for Citrix Workspace, then tap Get, then Open:

5b. Depending on your settings, you may have you use Touch ID or enter your password to install. 6. At this point, you will be accessing either iCentra (PowerChart) or CitrixWeb (FetaLink, MUSE, etc) by launching the login page in Safari, logging in with your Master Credentials and then clicking the Citrix-based app that you need to access. Note: This is same way that it is accessed in the Windows & Mac OS environments. At ihchelp.info, Option 8c (to the right of the download link for this tutorial), there is a link to the iOS Launch Page at https://ihchelp.info/ios -- It has links for the iCentra (Lower Left) & CitrixWeb (Lower Right) login pages and can be added to your browser bookmarks:

7. iCentra at https://cernercitrix.co.ihc.com Once you have entered your Intermountain userid in the User name: field and your Intermountain Master Password in the Password: field, tap Log On. It will then take you to the Applications folder. Click the app (typically Powerchart), which then open another browser window and a prompt Open in “Workspace” should appear, shown below in the middle screenshot. Click the prompt to launch the app:

At this point, the app will launch in Citrix Workspace and a selection of navigation tools appears at the bottom.

8. CitrixWeb at https://citrixweb.co.ihc.com Once you have entered your Intermountain userid in the User name: field and your Intermountain Master Password in the Password: field, tap Log On. The Applications folder(s) you have access to will appear, then click the folder to reveal the individual app(s) within that you need. Clicking the individual app will then open another browser window and a prompt Open in “Workspace” should appear, shown below on the right screenshot. Click the prompt to launch the app:

At this point, the app will launch in Citrix Workspace and a selection of navigation tools appears at the bottom. When you are completely finished using the various Apps, remember to return to Pulse Secure and tap Disconnect to fully disconnect from Intermountain’s Network.
