What you need to know about motorising window coverings

All types of interior blinds can be motorised.

Whatever type of blind you have, there is a Somfy solution to give you the convenience of motorisation.

How is a motor installed?

The motorised blind is installed in exactly the same was as a manual blind.

The motor is installed out of sight in the blind headrail or roller tube. The system is very easy to configure and the blind can be used immediately.

The curtain simply hooks onto a rail on which the motor is installed.

The motorised rail is designed to blend in with the décor.There is a choice of side or centre opening.
