This is very close to the proposed 214 unit project by Canadian developers Aragon, Ltd. While we neighbors welcome development along this stretch of Sunset Blvd., we are concerned with the potential traffic circulation and parking issues that are likely to intensify with the addition of an estimated 300 cars and approximately 10 businesses. We do not feel the developer has adequately addressed these issues in the current plan. We also take issue with the overall height, massing and character of the project, and its potential to accommodate a viable retail component that serves the community. Please inform me when the case file is available for public view, and please add me to the list of interested parties to be notified of any hearings or decisions regarding this case.
