How does Daisy smartnumbers work?

Our service works by capturing all business calls and SMS messages. The recordings are encrypted and stored securely in our cloud-based storage in the Daisy smartnumbers vault.

The smartnumbers compliance console provides a secure portal for compliance officers to review recordings and any associated SMS messages. It can be accessed through a web browser on a PC, tablet or smartphone. The period that recordings are stored is configured during the provisioning process to meet your data retention policies or regulatory requirements. Compliance officers can quickly locate and replay audio recordings and text messages of interest by searching for keywords or phrases in the secure Daisy smartnumbers vault. Our solution provides a full audit trail of all activities on the vault, and digital watermarking of all records to highlight evidence of file tampering.
