CORPORATE FINANCE & TRANSACTIONS We have more than 200 business attorneys who handle a variety of matters for leading businesses, including publicly traded, multinational, emerging growth and private businesses. Our business group focuses on public and private equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities compliance, tax, licensing and technology agreements, bankruptcy and restructuring, employee benefits and compensation matters and international business.

ENVIRONMENT, ENERGY & RESOURCES We partner with businesses, utilities, financial institutions, ports, associations and individuals to facilitate project development (in such areas as renewables, mines, oil and gas, and manufacturing), commercial transactions, permitting and compliance, legislation, regulation, litigation and policy. Our group addresses every medium from soil to water to air, every species from endangered to farmed, and every regulatory program at the federal and most state and local levels.

GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS We represent major defense, information technology and civilian agency contractors in bid protests, claims litigation, False Claims Act cases, suspension and debarment, and internal and government investigations.
