DCC - Dynamic Currency ConversionDynamic Currency Conversion allows cardholders to pay in their domestic cur-rency at a fixed and fair exchange rate, so that there are no surprises when their credit card bill arrives at the end of the month. The hotel, retailer or e-commerce merchant book the transaction and re-ceive payment in their domestic cur-rency. The advantage of DCC is that it allows merchants to offer the choice to their customers, helping them to im-prove guest loyalty and repeat business.

How does it work?At the time of the transaction, your DCC partner tells SIX Payment Services the exchange rate for the day and we display it at the point of sale; once the transac-tion is complete, your DCC partner takes the foreign currency and reimburses you in your domestic currency, all in the time it takes your normal credit card reim-bursement to arrive.

3C Web Report ServerSIX Payment Services provides every customer location with the convenient and easy-to-use 3C Web Report Server. Daily reconciliation becomes faster, eas-ier and simpler with mirrored cut-off times and the Web Report Server of SIX. Reconciling transactions, matching reports, searching for specific transac-tions will only take you a few minutes, replacing hours of manual matching.

3CiPageThe fully hosted online payment ser-vice, in which card data is entered on our secure payment host, not on your e-commerce infrastructure. It allows e-commerce sites to process card pay-ments via the secure environment of SIX, while maintaining the “look & feel” of their own site.

By implementing the code that links the environment hosted by SIX as an em-bedded feature of the merchant’s ho-mepage, the cardholder is seamlessly transferred to a secure environment that is fully equipped with the “look & feel” of the merchant’s site. When the pay-ment is confirmed, the cardholder’s transaction is completed and the mer-chant’s website processes the goods or service. 3CiPage allows merchants to concentrate on their business, while re-ducing their PCI DSS footprint.

3CiPage and the API version, 3CWeb2Pay, support 3-D Secure, which enables merchants to verify the identity of the cardholder in an e-com-merce environment. This gives you the benefit of storing card data without the risk. All details are kept on SIX’ PCI DSS secure hosts, outside the merchant infrastructure.

3CiPayThe virtual terminal is ideal for call cent-ers and real-time order taking. Just log in to secure the site of SIX and the 3Ci-Pay virtual terminal appears. Enter the card and transaction details and it does the rest. We return a valid confirmation within a matter of seconds, which means that the cardholder’s order can be processed faster than ever. The mer-chant never needs to store card num-bers again.

3CiCard – Token solution This token solution functionalities are available both via an API that can be im-plemented within your payment appli-cation for a fully integrated solution or which can be embedded in your appli-cation or Web environment.

3CiCard takes care of management (cre-ate, update, disable) and is also fully in-tegrated within your payment applica-tion to eliminate the risks associated with dual database management.

This batch processing solution for to-kens provides immediate benefits with-out the cost of developing a fully-inte-grated solution.

Do you need to store card data for your business needs? 3CiCard allows mer-chants with specific requirements as-sociated with “card on-file” applications to process transactions without actually storing the card data, which is stored on the secure systems of SIX.

How it worksWith 3CiCard, the transaction requests are created by your payment application or by using SIX Payment Services to-kens in place of the card data. Tokens are safe “dummy” numbers issued by SIX that are unusable to anyone outside of the system. Once SIX receives the request, the token is replaced by the ac-tual card data and “real” transaction re-quests are created.
