Integrated Infrastructure Services (IIS) was created to provide citizens and Council with consistent, efficient and transparent delivery of capital projects on time and on budget. The department brings together the people, resources and expertise of all those who plan, design and build City infrastructure.
The commitment of service to citizens and City Council is foundational to all work delivered by the department. The department creates greater consistency in practices and inspires innovation. It also integrates the needs and views of citizens and business partners who operate and maintain an asset, earlier in our infrastructure planning and design process.
