INTEGRATED CERTIFICATE-USER MANUAL-DEPARTMENT END

Integrated Certificate request is applied by the citizen through the Meeseva centers. This request can be accessed by the Tahasildhar and processed. The processing steps and screens are provided

below. Procedure for Processing the Request at Tahasildhar End: -

♦ Select “Integrated Certificate” from Application Processing, like shown in the below screen.

Note: -Tahasildhar can also process through the link “Request Process by Application No” or Dashboard in the

Tahasildhar Login.

♦ After selecting the “Integrated Certificate” in Application Processing, the below screen will be displayed.

♦ From above screen select from date & to date by using calendar controls .Like shown in the below screen.

Note: - Here, to date must be prior to Current date.

♦ Select “Request Status (either All/Not Viewed/Open etc...)” from request status drop down list. Like shown in the

below screen.

NOTE: - Here, At First the Request is in “Not Viewed” Status. Here I am selecting Not viewed request.

♦ After selecting “Request Status” from request status dropdown list, click on “Get Details” button like shown in the

below screen.

♦ After clicking on “Get Details” button, all Not Viewed Requests are displayed. Like shown in the below screen.

♦ After getting requests, select the Request which has to be processed. Like shown in the below screen.

♦ After selecting the request, the below screen will be displayed.

Note: - Here Edit Options are given some fields of Applicant details, Certificate Details and Permanent Address in the

Tahasildhar Login.

Note: - Here Process can be done in two ways.

Type1: - If Tahasildhar is competent authority

Type2: - If Tahasildhar is not competent authority

Type1:

♦ If Tahasildhar feels he/she is the competent authority then, Tahasildhar downloads all the attached documents

from “Documents Attached” panel by clicking on links. Like shown in the below screen.

♦ After that, Tahasildhar downloads Verification/Proceeding documents by clicking on document link. Like shown in

the below screen.

Note: - After downloading all Verification/Proceeding documents, MRI & VRO collect documents from the

Tahasildhar for field level enquiry.

After enquiry, the MRI & VRO submitted their report to the Tahasildhar.

Note: if the Request is not belongs to this Mandal, then Tahasildhar Have an option to transfer request to respective

Mandal by selecting the Transfer Request to other Mandal radio button and he can select the respective mandal,

village name, enter the remarks and clicking on Transfer Button. Like shown in the below screen.

♦ If the Request related to this Mandal, Then Tahasildhar uploads the Check List which is received from MRI &

VRO. Like shown in the below screen.

♦ If the Applicant is not native of this mandal then, Tahasildhar check the check box. Like shown in the below

screen.

♦ Now Tahasildhar can take action (either Accept/Reject) based on MRI & VRO report. Like shown in the below

screen.

Note: - Based on Tahasildhar action (either Accept/Reject), status (either Approved/Rejected) is generated.

♦ If Tahasildhar wants to accept the request by clicking on the “Accept” Radio button. Like shown in the below

screen.

♦ After selecting the Radio button (“Accept”), Tahasildhar enter “Remarks” and click on “Sign” button. Like shown

in the below screen.

♦ After clicking on “Sign” button, digital certificate pop is generated. Like shown in the below screen.

♦ Now select the digital certificate and click on “OK” Button, Like shown in the below screen.

♦ After clicking on “OK” button, private exchange key popup will generate. Like shown in the below screen.

♦ Now clicking on “OK” button. Like shown in the below screen.

♦ After clicking on “OK” button “Integrated certificate” is generated depends up on citizen request. Like shown in

the below screen.

Note: - Now the request is in Approved status.

Note: - After Tahasildhar Approved/Rejected, Customer Received Message. Like you are Request is Approved/

Rejected.

♦ Once the request is approved by Tahasildhar, then Integrated Certificate will be dispatched through courier from franchisee to the citizen’s address if Delivery Type is Speed Post Local/Non Local.

♦ If Delivery Type Is Manual, then citizen collect the Integrated Certificate from franchisee where he/she applied for the Certificate

Type2:

♦ If Tahasildhar feels he/she is not competent authority to certify the above caste then he/she clicking on check

box, taking action as accepts and enter remarks and clicking on sign button. Like shown in the below screen.

Note: - Now the request is forwarded to RDO

Procedure for Processing the Request at RDO End: -

♦ Select “Integrated Certificate” from Application Processing, like shown in the below screen.

Note: -RDO can also process through the link “Request Process by Application No” or Dashboard in the RDO

Login.

♦ After selecting the “Integrated Certificate” in Application Processing, the below screen will be displayed.

♦ From above screen select from date & to date by using calendar controls .Like shown in the below screen.

Note: - Here, to date must be prior to Current date.

♦ Select “Request Status (either All/Not Viewed/Open etc...)” from request status drop down list. Like shown in the

below screen.

NOTE: - Here, At First the Request is in “Open” Status. Here I am selecting Open request.

♦ After selecting “Request Status” from request status dropdown list, click on “Get Details” button like shown in the

below screen.

♦ After clicking on “Get Details” button, all Opened Requests are displayed. Like shown in the below screen.

♦ After getting requests, select the Request which has to be processed. Like shown in the below screen.

♦ After selecting the request, the below screen will be displayed.

Note: - Here Edit Options are given some fields of Applicant details, Certificate Details and Permanent Address in the

RDO Login.

♦ Now RDO downloads all the attached documents from “Documents Attached” panel by clicking on links. Like

shown in the below screen.

♦ After that, RDO downloads Verification/Proceeding documents by clicking on document link. Like shown in the

below screen.

Note: - After downloading all Verification/Proceeding documents, RDO can conducted field level enquiry.

♦ Now RDO can upload check list which is conducted field level enquiry. Like shown in the below screen.

♦ If the Applicant is not native of this Mandal then, RDO check the check box. Like shown in the below screen.

♦ Now RDO can take action (either Accept/Reject) based on Enquiry. Like shown in the below screen.

Note: - Based on RDO action (either Accept/Reject), status (either Approved/Rejected) is generated.

♦ If RDO wants to accept the request by clicking on the “Accept” Radio button. Like shown in the below screen.

♦ After selecting the Radio button (“Accept”), RDO enter “Remarks” and click on “Sign” button. Like shown in the

below screen.

♦ After clicking on “Sign” button, Confirmation pop up is generated with necessary details. Like shown in the below

screen.

♦ Now clicking on “OK” button. Like shown in the below screen.

♦ After clicking on “OK” button, digital certificate popup is generated. Like shown in the below screen.

♦ Now select the digital certificate and click on “OK” Button, Like shown in the below screen.

♦ After clicking on “OK” button, private exchange key popup will generate. Like shown in the below screen.

♦ Now clicking on “OK” button. Like shown in the below screen.

♦ After clicking on “OK” button “Integrated certificate” is generated depends up on citizen request. Like shown in

the below screen.

Note: - Now the request is in Approved status.

Note: - After RDO Approved/Rejected, Customer Received Message. Like your Request is Approved/ Rejected.
