Primary Purpose of Role
The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the People and Culture team. This will involve the coordination of end to end recruitment, managing the induction program, maintaining and updating employee files, responding to HR queries and the following up compliance checks.

2. Outcome: On Boarding - Recruitment, Induction and Employment Administration
Assist with the recruitment, induction and employment of new staff

Job advertisements are created and posted to relevant channels
Interviews are organised and interview documentation prepared
Induction sessions are arranged and room and materials prepared
New contracts and contract amendments are created and collected from staff
Organisational compliance checks are recorded and followed up in a timely manner and/or before expiry date
Personal responsibility is taken for continuous improvement and quality of HR activities
Problems are solved in work activities and participation takes place in wider problem identification and resolution
3. Outcome: Health and Well-Being Administration
Provide administrative support to the management of Health and Well-Being Programs and activities

Performance Indicators
Annual flu vaccinations are organised
Ergomanic assessments are organised upon request
Completion of compulsory e-learning programs for new staff (bullying and harassment and OH&S) are recorded and followed up
OHS, First Aiders, Fire Wardens lists and training are updated and distributed
EAF Applications are processed in a timely manner
OHS meetings are arranged for the year
Staff Service Awards are organised at an ongoing basis
Provide support with the addministration of the annual Employee Engagement Survey
4. Outcome: Management of HR E-mail, Employee Files and Staff Communication Hub
Provide administrative support in the management of e-mail accounts, employee files and staff communication hub

HR e-mail accounts are managed, and e-mail enquries are redirected or responded to
New employee files are created and maintainend
First Hand website is monitored and updated regularly
All employment paperwork are photocopied, scanned and filled in employee files
5. Outcome: Assistance with HR initiatives as a result of Business Plan and Employee Engagement Survey
Engage in the administration of organisational wide HR initiatives

Assist the team with the roll-out of HR projects
Provide additional administrative support as required
Knowledge, Skills & Experience (critical for successful performance in the role)
2 years' experience in administration, preferably HR
Competent computer skills i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook
Commitment to a high level of customer service
Willingness to be flexible and adaptable (resilience)
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
Ability to exercise confidentiality, tact and discretion
Ability to show cultural sensitivity and work effectivley with a diverse range of people
Auslan skills or willingness to learn and to use visual communication
Qualifications / Certifications / Memberships (essential to the role)
