MISSION STATEMENT: The Coalition of Orange County Community Health Centers is a

consortium of safety net providers and key partners creating quality healthcare for all.

• Our member health centers ARE the primary care safety net in Orange County

• Incorporated 1974

• 26 clinic organizations, 58 clinic sites• 50% FQHCs

• 300,000 annual patients; 800,000 annual visits
