Instructions for Online Open Access Application System

The online open access application system is developed to centrally accept , monitor and regulate the online application from consumer who wish to opt for Open Access . This system enables consumer to apply online and monitor the status of application any time. For any query pl. mail at support_oa@mahadiscom.in.

The instruction for filling the online application as follows

1) If you are new Consumer then first click on “New Consumer? Register here”, fill the information and you will get Login ID and Password.

2) Select the proper User Type. To apply for open access select “OTHER”. 3) Enter the Login ID and Password. 4) After successful Login the screen will appear as follows

Select User Type Enter the Login ID , Password

and click on submit

1) Click on “Apply for Short Term” if you want to apply for short term or click on “Apply for Medium/Long Term” if you want to apply for medium or long term.

2) After clicking on “Apply for Short Term” the following Screen will appear.

1) Fill the Applicant Details 2) Fill the Coordinator details 3) Click on Next 4) The following screen will appear

1) Fill the Injection Details 2) Please select metering arrangement as

Metering- for RE Open Access Scheduling - for Conventional Open Access

3) After completion click on Next button

1) Fill the Drawl Details 2) After completion click on next button. 3) The following screen will appear.

1) Click on documents which are applicable to your application. 2) For uploading documents follow the following steps.

i) The file to be uploaded must be in PDF format. ii) The name of file must be as given on screen. iii) After confirmation of above 2 steps click on browse button and select the file. iv) Click on upload button. After upload the “File uploaded Successfully” will come on screen.

3) Click on the Next button.

1) Note the amount you are required to be pay. 2) You can click on “Back “ button if you want to verify the application. 3) Finally click on “Submit Request” button . 4) After submitting the request following screen appears.

1) Pl. note your Application ID for future tracking of application. 2) The request status will be “APPLICATION REQUEST SUBMITTED” 3) Click on Online Payment and following screen will appear

1) Click the box I agree. 2) Click on Pay Now. 3) Select your payment type and do online payment. 4) After successful payment the request status will change to “PAYMENT SUCCESS” as shown in

following screen.

To verify the application, last month’s bill details will be populated and request status will be “BILL DETAILS POPULATED SUCCESS”.

The application will be verified by M.S.E.D.C.L. employee and after successful verification the request status will be “APPLICATION VERIFIED SUCCESS”.

The application will be recommended and approved by M.S.E.D.C.L. Competent Authority. The duly signed approved application will be mailed on mail address given in application.
