Instructions for EasyChair Abstract Submission SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT The submission of abstract for APRC2 will be managed through an online conference paper management system called EasyChair. This system gives you, the author, complete control over your submission. You can upload your abstract and check on the review status of your submission. This guide is intended to support authors during the submission process. While the procedure is quite simple and thus we are happy to help if you encounter problems. In the event that you do need help, please contact the technical at [email protected] or skype: maneeratm. Instructions for EasyChair Abstract Submission

SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT

The submission of abstract for APRC2 will be managed through an online conference paper management system called EasyChair. This system gives you, the author, complete control over your submission. You can upload your abstract and check on the review status of your submission.

This guide is intended to support authors during the submission process. While the procedure is quite simple and thus we are happy to help if you encounter problems. In the event that you do need help, please contact the technical at [email protected] or skype: maneeratm.

If you already have an EasyChair account from another conference, you can use that account to submit a paper to APRC2. Click here for submit your abstract, https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=aprc2

For new user please follow below instructions.

1. Create an account. You will need to set up an account (username and password) as an author. Go to https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=aprc2 . You will the be automatically directed to the page shown in Figure 1. Click “Create an account”

2. Follow the on-scree instructions and complete the form as shown in Figure 2. Click on “Continue”

3. Fill out your name, last name and e-mail address, then click “Continue”. The confirmation page will be shown as Figure 4.

4. Check your mailbox. You will receive e-mal from EasyChair. Subject, EasyChair confirmation. Click the embedded link to complete the sign up process.

5. Read Term of service and click “I agree to EasyChair Terms of Service” Then, fill out all of the required information as shown in Figure 6. Click the “Create my account” bottom to finalize the account registration process.

SUBMIT YOUR ABSTRACT(S)

Start submission process by logging into the EasyChair website for APRC2 or click https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=aprc2

1. For submit an abstract click “enter as an author”. To view conference details and call for abstract, select “call for paper”.

2. Follow the on-screen instructions and fill out all required information. Please note that, you must use the same email address that you signed up with when creating the EasyChair account.

3. Fill out author information. Please specify at lease one speaker.

4. Fill out the title and 250 words abstract, keywords and the related topics as shown in Figure 9.

5. Fill out other information for committee to consider your abstract. Click on the “Submit” link to submit your abstract (as shown in Figure 10).

After submit, a new menu ba (Submission #), or “My Submission” in the case of multiple submission, is created as shown in Figure 11.

Use the links at the top-right corner for

- Updating information about your submission: Select “Update information” to change title, abstract and keywords of your submission.

- Updating author information for your submission. Select “Update authors” to modify any information about the author(s) and click “save”. In the case of multiple authors, you can add (“Add new author”) or remore authors (click “X”), then update the order of the authors by selecting the “Reorder authors” bottom.

- Uploading files: The “Add file” link may be used to upload files.
