End Semester Practical Examinations

Action Points for Internal and External Examiners

1. Please read and observe the following instructions:

• The QR codes of respective students shall be pasted in top right corner of the answer sheet

• Two covers with contents as detailed below should be handed over to the office of controller ofexaminations by the examiners after the practical examinations are completed.

• While submitting claims faculty members shall sign against their names with the related examduty assigned to avoid audit ob ections. !ote: Remuneration shall be recovered if any auditob ection is raised.

• The external mar" entry in exam cell should be completed by #.$%pm on the day of examination.

• &atch rotation shall be planned such that every student in assigned a wor"station during theexamination. 'lso the total no.of candidates who can be examined in a day( per internal )external examiner shall not exceed *+.

• ,f the candidate opts not to perform the experiment selected in the first lot( he)she can bepermited one more lot opportunity with the intimation to the candidate that he)she will beevaluated for lower mar".

• 'll system based lab student answers( not recorded in the answer script shall be written usingsuitable file format -rtf(pdf(docx etc in a /0 and submitted along with answer script. The filename shall be respective Roll !os. of the candidate.

• alpractice if any should be reported in writing by the examiner to the /23( 2ffice of the /23.!ecessary evidence ) aterial shall be submitted in a sealed cover.

4. Procedure for ar"s entry:

• /riteria for evaluation shall be written in answer sheet and mar"s scored against each criteria.

• Total mar"s entered in answer sheet shall be entered into /3T 3 5 after scanning QR.

• Printout of the entered mar"s shall be ta"en from the 3 5.

•

Printout shall be verified and tallied with answer sheets and the mar" sheet signed.

$. The examiners are re6uested to fill the particulars on the cover indicating the following and seal andsign across the flaps of the covers.
