A.- FECHA DE LLEGADA A CIUDAD DE PANAMA:1.-Despacho marítimo: mas tardar dos semanas antes de iniciar la exposición. 2.-Despacho aéreo: más tardar una semana antes de iniciar la exposición.
B.- DESPACHO MARITIMO:1.-Todos los despachos marítimos deben embarcarse “Flete Prepagado”. 2.-Conocimiento de embarque debe ser consignado a :

E.-MARCACION DE LAS CAJAS:1.-Todos los bultos deben ser marcados como sigue:

F.-DOCUMENTACION:Con la finalidad de evitar demoras innecesarias, en el trámite de internación temporal, con las autoridades de aduanas de Panamá, requerimos los siguientes documentos antes de la llegada de la mercancía:
1. Para los despachos marítimos. favor enviar vía Courier los siguientes documentos:Original de conocimiento de embarque (Debe expresar peso y flete) Original de factura comercial (Debe expresar el término de la transacción pactada en el país de Origen: FOB, CIF, C&F ; descripción y valor de la mercancía, estar Debidamente juramentada y firmada). Copia del contrato del expositor con la feria.
2. Despacho de documentos aéreos:Favor enviarnos vía correo electrónico la documentación para darle el debido seguimiento Favor adjuntar a la guía aérea lo siguiente: Original de factura comercial (Debe expresar el término de la transacción pactada en el país de origen : FOB, CIF, C&F ; descripción y valor de la mercancía, estar debidamente juramentada y firmada). Copia del contrato del expositor con la feria.
G.-NOTIFICACION ADELANTADA:1.-Se deberá enviar información adelantada vía correo electrónico:

Tener en cuenta que las compañías Navieras/Agentes de carga solo dan 7 días libres de almacenaje , después de este tiempo empieza el almacenaje en dichos recintos.

F.-DOCUMENTATION: In order to enable us to arrange the necessary temporary import entries
with the Panama custom we require the following documents prior to the arrival of the goods:
1.-Despatch of documents sea freight: Please courier the following documents to us: Original Bill of Lading + two copies (must specified weight + freight) Original Commercial Invoice + two copies (must specified terms of
transaction: FOB, CIF, C&F; description + value of the merchandise, sworn and sign).
One original packing list + two copies.
2.-Despatch of documents airfreight: For airfreight consignments we request you to attach with the original
airway bill: Original + four copies of commercial Invoice. (must specified terms of transaction: FOB, CIF, C&F; description + value of the merchandise, sworn and sign).
One original packing list. (If you have it) NOTE : Most warehouse in Panama only give 5-7 days free of storage since your cargo cant be deliver to the venue until the day before the event be aware for extra storage fees.
