Spring 2018 Third Week Statistics

Major Findings
Between Spring 2017 and Spring 2018:
The declines in headcount (-3.9%) and FTE (-5.5%) increased compared to 2016 to 2017, see table below. June High School Graduate enrollment decreased, compared to an increase 2016 to 2017, see table below. New Students decreased compared with recent gains, see table below. Dual Enrollment continues gains, see table below. Full Time enrollment continues to decrease, see table below.

The following groups remained relatively stable over the period:

Each of the following groups experienced notable enrollment decreases over 5%:
General Studies -12.0% ReAdmit -17.3% New June HS Graduates -12.5% New Full Time -10.7% New Asian -21.7% Out of State -13.2%
Each of the following groups experienced an enrollment increase of at least 5%.
New Hispanic 33.3% Dual Enrollment 35.1%
Despite increase and decreases most groups maintain the same relative percentage in the general
student population, see page 4. Changes greater than 1% are Continuing (76%), up two percentage
points and Marple Campus (58%), down two percentage points.
